my mental health is deteriorating at an alarming rate and i can not show it to anyone because everyone is looking at me to be strong person in there life. i don’t know how much longer i can take it. i put a smile on my face for others around me, not for myself. these last couple of years have not been very kind to me and i am pushing threw it in look of a better light. at this moment that light is nothing but a figment of illusion i tell myself to keep going. my friends and family have no idea because i can’t talk to them about it. i feel no one understands or ever will but that’s just how depression works.
