Got a little bonus from work last week, so I picked up a couple gifts for myself. My old 16 kg kettlebell was feeling a bit light. And my old minimalist training shoes wore out a couple months ago. Just blasted out 100 swings with this beast, plus a bunch of goblet squats and halos. I think this one will just fine... for a while anyway! 💪🏼😜👍🏼
