“Write about the lessons you’ve learned this year: 1. There are hard days. Sometimes you hate to get up in the morning, or cry yourself to sleep at night. But those days will pass. 2. Sometimes, you just have to accept you’re not feeling well. Cancel your plans, make some food and stay in bed. Sometimes, that’s exactly what you need. 3. However, don’t let your feelings take over. It’s okay to do nothing for a day, or two. But don’t make it a week. 4. I know I did let my feelings take over way too much. I stayed in bed, did nothing all day. Until the point that I had to get out. 5. Getting out of bed can feel good. Make your bed, eat some breakfast. Just do something. And be proud of yourself for what you’ve accomplished - even if it’s just eating breakfast. 6. Don’t be angry at yourself, that never works out. 7. Just take care. Of yourself, your mind, your body, everything. And accept the fact that sometimes things just don’t work out the way you want to. 8. Don’t shut people out. They are there to help. 9. You are the one that has to pick up the pieces after a breakdown. But you’re not alone, even if it feels like you are. 10. Sometimes I think I’ve control over my feelings, but I don’t. They come and go. I just have to accept that. Sometimes the feelings are just too much, and I have to take a step back. Start again. There’s always a second chance.”

2018 may have had its downs and may have left some of you in the dirt, but remember it also had its good parts too even if it doesnt seem like it, there is always a bit of good in thr bad and a bit of bad in the good. But none the less, 2019 can be a better year for you and possibly life changing in a good way but you have to make it there first. Just be good to yourself and never give up.
Today is the last day of this year 2018 … For this year 2019, I don’t just want to wish you a happy new year. I also want wish you a great success, a success in your career or in your studies, that your dreams come true. The years going from bad to worse, I also wish you good luck for this coming year. Tomorrow will be the first page of the 365 pages of 2019. Be who you want to be.
Happy New Year 2019 !
I’m slowly learning that even if I react, it won’t change anything, it won’t make people suddenly love and respective me, it won’t magically change their minds. Sometimes it’s better to just let things be, let people go, don’t fight for closure, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase answers and don’t expect people to understand where you’re coming from. I’m slowly learning that life is better lived when you don’t center it on what’s happening around you and center it on what’s happening inside you instead. Work on yourself and your inner peace.
a resolution of sorts
2018 was the year of realization. You learned so much this year, both about yourself and the world around you. You saw how you react to failures, how you overcome challenges you never thought you could. You realized what kind of people you need around you, and what you can do best to help them. Maybe you also, finally, found what ignites you - found your passion, set some new goals, or maybe took up a new exciting hobby. So much changed this year, so many happy and sad days, a year that really left its mark. It’s up to you to learn from these lessons, to apply everything this year gave you, the good and the bad, to make 2019 the best year it can be. While 2018 was about change, 2019 will be about manifestation. Of your wishes, of your growth, of your potential and your happiness.
