Brayden: i'll fill you in when you're coming to with that colossal headache anyway :* whoever said i could process my sister's bad choices without you jo.
Brayden: a) cotton candy, bumper cars, giant stuffed bears she can steal from children
Brayden: b) there's a crowd to outrun.
Jolene: tru. you'd crash and burn without me around to help you deal ;)
Jolene: alright fair enough, i won't say anything else. you're going to have to be the one to convince her, though.

(Β ANGELA CORDATOΒ )
From her school-going age to breakfast shifts at the diner to college courses, sleepless nights with babies and getting up early enough to send her kids off to school before heading to work, Angela should have been used to getting up early, yet there she was yawning and dragging her ass to the gym. She was in decent shape for her age and for having carried two kids full term, but knew that part of that was keeping some kind of exercise routine over the years. Her lifestyle change included eating better and trying new things, which is why she was ditching spin classes for hot yoga. Honestly, she had no idea what made it different from regular yoga (of which she had little to no experience with), but once Jolene had assured her that it wasnβt just young, hot people doing yoga, Ange agreed to try it once.
The pretty blondeβs friendship came as a surprise for Angela, and while being around younger people made her in turn feel young again, she often wondered what adventurous new thing would be her breaking point.Β βAlright, Iβm here.β She groggily greeted Jolene.Β β Never let it be said that I donβt keep my promises, even when the best part of them is the kale smoothie at the end β which is not a treat, by the way.β
@jolenemorgan
Why Jolene had struck a friendship with a much older woman, she didnβt know. Anyone that wanted to study her psyche would say that, deep down, perhaps she needed some parental guidance since she had never had any in all her years of living. What surprised her the most, though, was how she was actually up and about so early in the morning when she didnβt have work to get to. She couldβve slept in, had a lazy morning and get ready to work until night came rolling in. Then, it was a lazy evening for her, with take-out and beer. A dreamy life, truly.Β
βMorning to you too.β Jolene wasnβt usually the morning person but the older woman didnβt make it hard for her to actually be the only that was looking forward to yoga; a hot instructor and hot classmates? What else could Jolene ask for?Β βI mean, we could skip the kale smoothie and just have a... regular one. Yβknow, fruity and stuff.β
( ANNIE KELLY )
She just, really, really loved, Jo. A smile cracking onto her face, at the mention of Timβs lack of uh, magic in the bedroom. Well, sheβd been right about that. Sheβd once hooked up with a Mormon, whoβd had more game than he had.Β βYouβre the one that said, you were flakyβ¦ Iβm just trying to do my job, as your best, best, bestΒ friend to make you see otherwise and also, I need a distractionβ¦β yeah, so maybe if she admitted this was about helping little olβ her out, Jo would be more inclined to share. Maybeβ¦Β
Slamming her boots down onto the bench, Annie reached up and after a few twists here and there, unlocked her locker which had a half empty gatorade still inside, some kale crisps Bray, had lied about and told her were delicious, and her clothes for gym. Aka, a pair of soccer shorts and some old joggers.Β βSo, who was this mysterious personβ¦? If you say, Zach again, Iβm going to role my eyes and tell you seek other dicks. Youβll never find someone, if you keep sleeping with the same person, youβve already made up your mind is justΒ a friend, Joβ¦.β She unlaced her boots, throwing them into the locker with the forgotten bag of Kale.Β βRemind me again, why I let you convince me every day that youβre fine with just a car to love?β Yeah, Annie called BS. She was all about independent women, but she knew Jo, was pushing the whole thing to the side for other reasons. I-Donβt-Want-To-Let-Anyone-In-That-Could-Hurt-Me-And-Run, things.Β
Jolene rolled her eyes as soon as she heard Annieβs words; she was not in the mood to talk about her... thing with Zach. She never would be. Hell, not even they talked about their thing.Β βYes, I was with Zach so go ahead and tell me to find more dick and get ready for me to not listen.β The blonde began saying as she took her things out, looking at Annie. A groan escaped her before she threw her tank top, frustration evident in her actions.Β βLook, Iβm not looking for someone to love and marry. Iβm... fine doing what I do. Zach and I are friends, we have fun and itβs not complicated at all.β Jolene spoke, as she took off her boots. βI donβt need complicated and actual relationships are complicated. Thereβs... feelings and shit.β Shrugging her shoulders, she looked at Annie. Jolene didnβt want to overthink things; Zach and she were good, it was simple and she hadnβt had a simple thing in her life ever since she was old enough to actually remember things.Β
βAre we really going to talk about this at a mall lockerroom before we go and die at that spin class?β
( ANNIE KELLY )
She waved, Jo off, as her hand came up to twirl between the girlβs own hair, which was never nothing but perfect. βMhmm.β She was still distracted. Her body and mind doing the impossible and separating themselves from each other. βIt was a nice dick thoughβ¦β yeah, she had a lot of fond memories of it, as she thought back to the time, when it hadnβt been inside someone else. She wasnβt really talking to Jo anymore and she knew that said girl. would be hot on her ass to call her up for it; for being distracted and letting a man do this to her. βIββ She wasnβt sure what she deserved, ββ doesnβt matter I have you and thatβs all I need.β She sang it out, like she was in one of the musicals, she always wanted Bray to do, but never did.Β
Annie, was light switch when it came to discussing matters of the heart. One minute sheβd be pouring out the contents of her heart like a cracked plumbing system and then the next sheβd have the water coming to an abrupt stop. βCβmon, Jo! I donβt want to do those extra 5 minutes. She made me do it on grade 7, last time? I thought I was going to give birth to an ulcer that night!!!β Standing up, Jo, dragged her friend towards the gym in the mall and change room at the back, βso, are you going to fill me in what you got up to this weekend, or do I have to wait for you to realise, Iβm fineeeee before you start talking again?β
Jolene took another sip of the milkshake; maybe if she got brain freeze it would distract her from the vomit-inducing conversation they were still having about Timβs dick; Jolene loves dick as much as the next person but she didnβt have to know about Timβs.Β βListen, Ann, IΒ love you but if I hear you say one more little word about Timβs dick I will punch you right in the face and not think twice about it, yeah?β And she would and Jolie knew that Annie knew that so it was all good that they were on the same page. A small sigh escaped her, and Jolene put her milkshake down and looked at Annie straight in the eyes.Β βLook, Iβm flattered but you know how flaky I can get.β Jolene spoke, trying to lighten the mood; the last thing she needed was to have her best friend deprive herself of people that did deserve her just because of one teeny tiny fluke.Β
Jolene let out a chuckle before she got dragged all the way across the mall; Annie should count her lucky stars her milkshake was almost done. Putting down her bag, the blonde shook her head and let out a laugh.Β βOh, so weβre making the conversation about me now? Iβm not the one still hung up on some asshole that did card tricks but couldnβt come up with interesting tricks for the bedroom.β Jolene would never let that go.Β βI just... hang out with someone this weekend. Yβknow, normal stuff.β The blonde spoke, shrugging her shoulders. This wasnβt about to be a conversation about her.Β
( ANNIE KELLY )
Pouting, Annie brought her hand up to her hair, because Jo was right. It was just β she didnβt care. Sidesβ, Bray had a dozen or so conditioners she could force into her hair tonight, if she really wanted to clean it anyway.Β βIβm not washing it out of choice, Jo. You know, its easier to style when it has traces of its natural luster throughout. Who needs hair gel?β Coupons didnβt cover that shit. With another sigh, Annieβs head was back against the blondeβs shoulder,Β βit wasnβt that tiny, it had some serious girth to it, but thatβs not the point. I really thoughtβ¦β Heβd change? Heβd stop? Heβd care?Β ββ¦ ugh, never mind. Youβre rightβ¦β Arms wrapping around her friendβs neck, she stole a look over at the teenage boys still looking their way, before placing a kiss against her best friendβs cheek,Β βyouβre the only one I need and want. Now, take me away! We need toΒ βrideβ last nightβs tequila off.β She was sure sheβd seen their spin Nazi of a teacher slink pass them earlier. The last thing they needed was an extra 5 minute power sprint, because theyβd been distracted, and late to class (again).Β
Jolene let her friendβs words process inside of her brain and for a second, she was pretty sure she was on some TV show with hidden cameras just to see her reaction to people she knows saying some stupid shit.Β βI heard itβs good to have a bit of natural oil in your hair but I think you overdid it, Ann. I mean, you do own mirrors, right?β There was no sort of filter between what Jolene thought and what came out of her; but Annie knew Jolene and she knew how she worked. Besides, she was just like her in that department. Thatβs why they were such good friends. A disgusted grunt escaped Jo, as soon as the conversation lingered a bit too long on Timβs dick size.Β βOkay, I do not want to hear about his dick, thank you very much.β Upon hearing her friendβs next words, however, the blonde looked at Annie, after the cheeky kiss on the cheek.Β βSpin Class of death can wait. You thought heβd what? Be the one? His dick attitude was bigger than his actual dick, Annie.β Safe to say Jolene was Timβs biggest fan.Β βYou deserve better than that.β Jolene spoke; for once actually letting the conversation take a serious turn. If it wasnβt about her, then sheβd be fine with it.Β

Brayden: the one selfless part of you doesn't want me hearing about the placenta waffle while you're blissfully comatose. i know you care about me that much.
Brayden: good first suggestion. will end in mass murder but let's come back to it.
Brayden: carnival? whoever dunks her with the better baseball arm gains Glory but also credit for annie's less homeless hair.
Jolene: placenta waffle? and i make you think i care bray, but really i'd love to just be comatose and let you hear about weird shit.
Jolene: hey! my idea is great
Jolene: what makes you think she'll a) agree to it and b) not kill us after too?
π± jolene β brayden
Brayden: just hit me with the shovel first so you're not too knocked out to do it.
Brayden: can't get her off the couch. endless fritos and ice cream aren't budging her this time. nor are concert tickets waved under he nose.
Brayden: suggestions?
Jolene: why would i do that hm?
Jolene: i say we do the ice bucket challenge on her without any other reason for it other than wake her up from her emotional coma.
Jolene: plus she needs to wash her hair.
π± jolene β brayden
Jolene: we need to get annie to get over tiny dick tim asap otherwise i might just hit myself with a shovel.
