Four years after it came home and was torn apart. Two years after we bought the fabric. A year and a half after we finished the bulk of the work. Nearly a year after tearfully saving it from the flood. All that is left to do is the seat cushions and attaching the stumps to the front of the arms. I bought an apartment! Tonight I finally had enough repairs done and enough of my possessions in place to comfortably sleep here and still make it to work on time in the morning 🤣 Thank you to everyone that helped me move, or gave me furniture, or was just super excited to see photos. It has been a head spinning (in an exciting way) experience that could not have come at a better time.
