a concept: when the guy asks t’challa exactly what resources wakanda has to offer, shuri queues up a video to show everyone. t’challa is expecting maybe like…a slideshow of wakandan technology, or a video showing some of the uses of vibranium they’ve developed in action. but no. to his horror, the entire world watches as the king of wakanda is violently throw across shuri’s lab after hitting the mannequin the second time. footage of t’challa, esteemed king of wakanda, fervently yelling, “delete that footage!!!” goes viral

I love Brienne of Tarth and Sandor Clegane. They both have spent almost their whole lives being painfully aware of how much they stand out from all of their peers because of what they look like or who they want to be. But instead of that making them cruel (ok, the Hound took a while to get to a good place but still) they become these two people who are thoughtful, kind and fair and can’t stand to see injustice and abuse of vulnerable people.

And they’re both giants.

Even though they super tried to murder each other that one time both their hearts are cemented in the right places and I hope they make it out of this mess alive and unchanged. Here they are talking about their fave tiny murder child.

And this is why Sansa Stark is made to be queen. All the shit Littlefinger had done to her, his lies, his manipulation, selling her to the Boltons, she held her tongue & kept him by her side because for her, the North comes first. So many others would have (rightly so) either alienated or killed him by now, losing the support of the Vale & the army Jon so desperately needed. Heck, Jon himself was on the verge of killing him in 7x02. But Sansa bided her time, played the game, let him think he still had some measure of influence over her, let him bend her ear, let his infatuation with her blind him to what she really thought of him.

And when the time came to deliver justice, she did it for all to see. She realized his game & went to Bran for confirmation. Brought Arya in as executioner. She exposed his crimes (many of which she was the only person in the world to know, barring Bran) in front of the lords, she let everyone see him for what he was and thus support the sentence she passed. She had him stand publicly & answer for his crimes, not allowing him to worm his way out or escape once he got wind of her plans, a mistake others have made. She could have had him killed a hundred times over without anyone ever knowing but she waited until it was time to dispose of him openly.

With it, she ensured the loyalty & continued support of the Vale & its army of 2000 men. The biggest risk was losing them once Littlefinger was no longer there to control them. Instead, they’re still here, even without him. Lord Royce clearly said in 7x05 that the Knights of the Vale rode North solely for her. They pledged for her. And now if they remain, they remain for her. Jon has bent the knee but she still rules the North as the rightful heir. She has the Vale at her command. As a Tully on her mother’s side, she even has claim to the Riverlands, should she free Edmure (who would pledge to her) & take them back. She has more power than anyone realizes.

Joffery is dead, unknowingly by her hand when she revealed that he was a monster to Olenna Tyrell. Ramsay is dead, fed to his own dogs as she took back her home from him. Littlefinger is dead, the man who triggered the very actions that created the events on the show as we know it & gave her all the tools to take him down. But she’s still standing.
