Looks like you're always bottoming. Any tips on how to keep yourself fuck ready? Do you do anything besides douche?

I don't bottom as regularly as I'd like. But happy to pass in the knowledge I have acquired over my short existance.

Diet is a huge key. I try and have oatmeal at least 4 days a week. ( helps clean your colon.)

I take fiber supplements as well.

(Have heard good things about "pure for men")

If I know I'm going to play, I try and clean out thurally in the morning. And then a quick rinse to double check about a half hour before play time.

I use a shower shot. Hooks up to the shower with a regulator. (Be super careful, not to get to aggressive. As you can cause some serious damage if the pressure is to high)

Being ready on a whim can be a little difficult. But with the right diet and practice you can generally get ready pretty fast in a pinch.
