OK this is a very good concept because Little as we know him in canon does not bend, he does not break, he does not ever give up. That little dude is a victorian era naval terminator who only answers to one man. So if you're going to get him to mutiny you'd have to start way way WAY before the actual mutiny occurs and you'd have to start by finding a way to actually break his loyalty to Crozier, which ... given none of the events we see in canon manage this and the events in canon are, uhhh, a lot ... it's hard to say what would actually cause that to happen.
That said. I have an idea.
Let's say that instead of taking David Young over to Erebus to die, Sir John decides to leave him on Terror but arranges to have Goodsir come over. He suspects scurvy, he wants the autopsy done once the boy is dead.
We know from the script that there's an unfilmed scene where Hartnell begs them not to autopsy his brother and it's Gore who has to hold him back. So, let's say David Young dies screaming on Terror, and everyone can hear him. His crew. The guys who've worked and lived with him for years at this point.
Crozier's drinking. Because of course he's drinking. Little tries to convince him to speak to the men, who are terrified and on the edge of panic from hearing Young screaming at them all to run, run, he wants us to run. Crozier does not. Crozier's drunk, and doesn't care.
Anyway. Daybreak comes, Goodsir sets up to do the autopsy, and everybody on that ship knows exactly what's about to happen. Little finds himself standing in front of a rising mutiny and he manages to quell it. Or maybe he doesn't and Crozier steps up. Either way, our guy ends up in the sick bay and gets to see what a human body looks like on the inside. He is shaken, he goes to see the Captain (who is drinking) and hints at just how fucked up he is about everything that's happened in the last 45 minutes or so.
And Crozier doesn't care. He might not even know who David Young was at this point. (This might be the first time he goes and reads the roster and memorizes the names on it, reciting each one to ensure he doesn't lose another man whose name he doesn't know).
Anyway. Not even endless beacon of hope Edward Little is gonna survive that intact. A little seed of hate starts up in his heart.
After that, it's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time, and you've got your mutiny.
