I used this #photoshoot to practice prepping, cutting down carbs and upping the water intake in the beginning of the week, followed by carb loading and water cutting closer to the shoot, hoping to get #shredded as much as possible within a week's time. It was pretty tough keeping my energy with a low carb intake (65g per day), especially with #InTheHeights rehearsals going on. I still have a lot to work on, but I'm happy with how I look and the #progress I've made so far. Definitely feeling #motivated to keep this all up! Now I gotta start prepping for #puertovallarta next month 😥
