We presented a persuasive case to the Court and tendered various documents of evidence. Our ultimate submission was for the Magistrate to not record a #Criminal #Conviction under #Section10 of the Crimes (Sentence & Procedure) Act. This would also mean that his licence would not be disqualified & no fine would be given. ⚖️⚖️⚖️ Our case & submissions were well received by the Magistrate & a Section 10 result was received. ⚖️⚖️⚖️ We had a very happy client who was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
