Finally!
The last three weeks have been a blurr. I finished my last semester of my degree... I worked so hard in March to throw it all away in April...But now that I'm done I can workout, spend all day cooking healthy food and finally look after myself.
I am on day three of Jillian Michael's thirty day shred- AWESOME! I noticed one thing wrong with it though...her lack of stretching. We work out hard for twenty minuets, but only stretch for three.. I spend an extra 10 minuets after the video to do my own stretching.
I am back on track after being consumed with school work and final exams.
