LETTUCE ROLLS & “NO SALMON” CREAM

Fresh lettuce leaves are really good to easily wrap this pink-salmon coloured cream, completely Vegan Style.

Here the super-easy recipe!

Put in a blender 1 can cannellini or pinto beans. (Save some bean juice to better blend the cream). Add 4-5 sun dried tomatoes, a pinch of Himalayan salt and a pinch of pepper and sprinkle with 1-2 Tbsp EVO. Blend all the ingredients and serve.

So YummY!!!!!!
