This just preached to me! When I look over my life! I had to do A LOT to try to keep people, things, and situations that weren't in God's will for me, but when I got in his will, I didn't have to do anything but build my relationship and make the decision to do it God's way not mine. Good Morning! No matter what is going on today give God thanks! Spend today and everyday with a Thankful heart! If we knew what would happen exactly tomorrow there would be no reason to thank God for what we haven't seen. Also more than likely we would not spend time with God because we would know what he's going to do. Stop worrying about tomorrow and life ahead. If you put this and that is God's hands, he will do it. Whatever your it is, God will take care of it! Just be thankful that he will never leave or forsake, that he doesn't do things to hurt us, but to make us adhere to his awesome glory and power. God is on time and this timing is PERFECT! Whatever you're going through or need done, God had already worked it out and made a way, so THANK HIM RIGHT NOW FOR GOING THROUGH! After hurricane katrina and Gustav, a huge rainbow appeared. That was God's promise of not flooding the world or wiping us out. That is God's way of saying I'm in control. After the storm and hurt pain, etc... God shines the rainbow and a peak of Sun comes through the clouds. The blessing is on the other side. Stand strong, hold on, and wait. God's going to bless your faithfulness and your thankful heart! Good morning! People often misinterpret the scripture that says come as you are. It is simply saying bring your heart, problems, inefficiencies, thoughts, attitudes, situations, problems,burdens, and all that you are pressed with unto him. By coming as you are, you allow the presence of God to fix all those things. Sometimes all may not be fixed at once, but you will find peace and rest in knowing that those issues were not as big as you thought because you gave them to Christ....you let go and let God deal with them. In Exodus 33:14 is says that the Lord said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." When you give those things to God, you can rest because they are not your burdens anymore they are God's. So whatever situation you are facing today, come as you are unto Christ. Give them to him, lay those things at his feet, stop fretting, and being anxious about it. God will give you rest and comfort knowing that it is all worked out if you give him that opportunity. The rest comes from his presence that will abide in you. Have a great day of coming as you are to Christ and letting go and letting God. Good morning, sometimes we ask God where is he. We often ask this when we are going through something or feel like we don't have his presence. However, God is asking the same thing, where are you. It's not that he has left or not hearing you, it's that you have lost sight and focus. Sometimes we need a refilling of God's presence to ensure ourselves that he indeed is here. In order to get that feel , we must just call upon him. Once we call he will answer. He has never left, he is always there. Most of us get that refilling of God's presence at midweek bible study and on Sunday mornings. Sometimes listening to a sermon or reading your bible helps to refill you with his presence. Evaluate yourself today and ask do I need a refilling? Do I feel God's presence with me? If the answer is yes then ask God to refill you with his presence. He will do it if your request is pure. We all need a refill of his presence. Today ask God for a refill and watch him move. Have an awesome Wednesday! Good morning! Some of us are waiting on this we have asked God in his name for. Some of us are waiting on the promises that God has made us. While we are waiting we must trust that God is going to do it. Our hope is in God the Father! He will do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think! Keep trusting in God keep hoping and keep trusting. If he said it, then it is so. You may not see a thing, but that is why you trust. Your trust is your faith. Today walk in trust and hope as you wait on God to manifest it into your life. He is an awesome God, never lying, and always on time! Whatever you are going through this morning, keep trusting and hoping. It is going to be alright and guess what?! He has already made provision and he has already made a way. Thank God for the bad endings. In those endings God was able to show me how much he protects my heart and that he has so much more for me! Good morning! This morning, do not worry about what is to come. Don't worry about things that you can not control. God has already taken care of you and your needs. We must have faith. In order to have this amazing faith, you must have a true genuine relationship with Christ. This relationship will help you stay focused on Christ, it will help you when there are things you don't understand come about and you have no answer. This relationship will keep you from stressing out, falling apart, and having a melt down. Do not be tricked by the enemy's tricks to get you frustrated, feel defeated, and feel like you've been forsaken! It is a lie! Have faith and know that God is concerned about you and all your cares. He's so concerned that he does not want you to worry. Worry tells God that you don't trust him. Build your communication with God. Pray continually. As you are walking alone today talk to him, in the car, on the way to work, in the shower, while cooking, just when ever you feel you need you talk. I find myself talking to him all the time. Asking for help, asking for him to show me the way, and to keep me from worrying. So please don't think I'm telling you something I don't do. I have to keep myself rooted in God so that the issues of life don't bog me down. It's so easy for that to happen, but with constant communication, faith, and knowing what his word says, it will keep you from being stressed, worried, and fearful of what comes ahead or what you can not see. Good morning! Today make it up in your mind that you will trust God with all that's within you. That you will have faith. That you will walk by faith not by sight. By trusting God, we are showing an act of obedience to him. Trusting and having faith in his plan, in his way, and in what he wants to do with your life is showing God that his way is better than yours. Just because you don't understand why all this has happened to you or why you haven't gotten the promise God promised you does t mean it isn't coming. God wants us to put all trust and faith in him. Stop trying to control the situation. Trust me, when you try to do God's job, you mess it all up. But when you let him have full control, things go as God has planned. Psalm 32:8 tells us that God will instruct us and teach us the way we should go. That he will counsel us with his loving eyes on us. That is awesome news because not only will God guide us and tell us what to do, he's going to do it with love. All that he does with us is because of his love. So don't worry about what will happen, if how you've planned it out does t work. You should rejoice because your plan was not as great as the plan God has!!! His is so much better!! Trust God. Surrender your will for his will. You will see your reward for obeying him and Trusting him with your life. Jeremiah 29:11 says it best. God knows the plans he has for us, plans to prosper you not to harm you, to give you a bright future and hope. I challenge you to start trusting God. I'm a living witness that by doing so you will lower your stress level, build a better relationship with Christ, and will get what God has for you. Walk in trust and faith today. Good morning! Today just think and thank Christ Jesus for his unfailing, unwavering, and infinite love. There is no greater love than thr love of Christ Jesus. In Ephesians 3:16-19, the Apostle Paul speaks of Christ's awesome love for us. He tells us that we are rooted in Christ's love for us. He tells us that his love surpasses all knowledge and this love fills us with the fullness of God. The love of Christ, our savior, redeemer, our provider, protector is so large and infinite that it will fill us with the fullness of God. Therefore we know that this love is beyond measure. This love will never flee. This love will never break your heart,it will never betray, it will never ever hurt you in any way. This love is eternal. It will last forver. No matter what you do, say or think his love is everlasting. I don't know about you, but it gives me so much joy, confidence, assurance, and happiness to know that Christ loves me that much. If you've been searching for real love.... Your search is over. Walk with Christ, love on him, in his love you will find the very presence of God. Today we are lovers of Christ. His love is often overwhelming because it is so grand. It fills your heart and mind. No matter what goes on today, love on God. Carry the thought of knowong he loves you more than anything or anyone can. This will usher in his presence and in that those minor things that have you worrying, bogged down, heavy weighted, tired, about to give up will just go away because in his love he takes ALL those minor things and takes them on as his own. Now that is true love. Taking on my issues as your own. It just make you happy thinking about it.
