Hi again, I’m one of the requesters for the monthly requests. I have a question for the Kofi. Will you come back into doing Art Requests in the future once you come back to Kofi? Or are you finished with the requests to prioritize other things? Also I’m wondering if Commissions will come back in the future as well? Or like the former, done and over with?

Also, welcome back Joy, I missed your OCs and artwork, I hope that I continue to like them in the future.

Oh hello!! My apologies for not seeing this any sooner, the days are getting busier as usual -w-

I think my current goal is to gradually return to social media, with the aim of becoming comfortable posting online again. Once I reach a point where I feel confident and at ease, I will very likely reopen my Ko-fi-related businesses.

That being said, I believe I may have missed a month of membership-related content, and I plan to look into that in the near future.

Also thank you sm!!! The internet is scary but I also miss sharing my stuff here and there 😭😭

Where I've been, what was missed; general updates

hihihi Ok WOW It’s been well over a year since my last post here, far longer than I ever expected. Work has kept me so occupied that I nearly forgot what it feels like to simply be present online ahahaha;;;

I hit a pretty big art block toward the end of 2024, one that lingered well into the following year and made it difficult to produce anything that felt genuinely meaningful to me. On top of that, I was so busy with work in real life that it started to affect how I perceived what I made, and that wasn't fun at all!!!!

I ended up stepping back from most social media; Twitter especially was starting to make me nervous LOL and I wanted to focus more on staying close to my friends. I was gone long enough that some of you got worried and even asked if something had happened to me, which I’m really sorry for (my mental health was a bit all over the place during that time 😭).

There IS a bit of a silver lining to all of it though, my art block finally started to lift. I even got the chance to do some freelance work for a cute little indie game called HorrorVale! And before I knew it, I’d been pulled into the dev team. Now I’m having a lot of fun working on its DLC/side game, Act M >:3

The reason I haven’t been posting much art this past year is that most of what I’ve worked on has been for the game, and I can’t share it publicly due to an NDA 😳 Hopefully, once the game is out, I’ll finally be able to show you all the cool stuff I’ve been working on, and everything else the game has to offer! >:3

I think it’s also a good time to say that I might be done with Twitter for now. I’m still not very comfortable with that platform, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon, but I’ll let you all know if that ever does.

The same goes for my Ko-fi... I’ll need to revisit and rework it a bit so I feel comfortable posting there again. I’ve definitely neglected my accounts, and it’s something I want to start getting back into.
