Season 1 gag reel, from the library DVDs :)
Today's plan:
For everyone of us US Folks that are going to have to live through the next four years of hell, I just want to remind you that it's perfectly understandable to invest in any and every one of your offline interests going forward. Doomscrolling the next four years of our lives isn't going to help us at all, especially with TikTok essentially becoming a right-wing leaning platform overnight and Meta doing whatever they can to fall in line with Trump. Invest in yourself and your people (friends, family) by investing in your own offline interests and hobbies. Create that small little comfort zone and world that'll help you and your people get through the next four years. Buy your favorite movies (physically!), buy more books (physically!), rebuy those childhood consoles or video games you no longer have, build up a stock of LEGOs to build or collect whatever it is that'll help bring you a sense of joy and escapism. Do whatever it is you need to do to in order to create an offline world or ecosystem that makes you and your people feel a sense of safety.
Don't you fucking dare compare TikTok to Vine. ITS NOT THE SAME THING
Vine went away cuz it couldn't afford to stay active
TikTok went away because congress RIPPED it away from us. It let to many activist groups connect faster than ever before; it let too many voices of dissent be heard louder than ever before; and most importantly it was more popular than Facebook, Twitter( cuz fuck that X bullshit), and instagram.
I understand losing both of these platforms hurt, I was alive for vine's death to. But don't let yourself be fooled into a falce equivalence.
Vine died
TikTok was murdered.
I finally did it.
Deleted my personal and photography Instagram accounts that I haven't been using for months. It's so weird but between Bluesky and Tumblr I'm finding lots to keep me occupied!
No Twitter, IG, Threads. I did like Threads 😭
Unfortunately still keeping Facebook for local groups but trying to get out from under the likes of those men thinking they rule the world.
Summer vibes! Still getting comfortable editing with Snapseed
Enjoying snapseed app for editing a lot! Took a while to work through the different options and get a hang of the controls but I'm happy with the results.
Original 👇
Getting ready to ditch my Adobe/Lightroom subscription cause I definitely don't use it enough to justify the cost.
Did this edit in snapseed on my phone and started digging in Darktable and learning how it works and very happy with both. Plus they are free!!

Greenhouse chaos kitten 🤣 crazy girl was digging in the pots and running all over tackling the plants but I managed to get a photo in the 0.2 seconds she stood still!
Burst of blue, the color I use the least for my photos!
Why do water drops make every photo just a like bit better?
Some new white/purple spring photos! I love this time of year.
Full frame macro symmetry! With a moody twist
Today on IG is Sunday Team Collaboration - a group of 9 of us edit each other's photos and this week was my turn to provide the photo.
This was my edit.
Winter storm hit today. Shoveling 2 feet of snow was NOT the highlight of my day.
Today we posted another Sunday Team Editing Collaboration on Instagram. I had a lot of fun with this one.

Snowy vibes from last winter ❄️ I rarely take any photos during the winter but I try at least once to go out after a storm and see what I can find.
