Just try your best that you can.. that’s all you can do and should do. And usually it’s easy, if it’s in the flow. ❤️

Being in Flow with Life is key. Sometimes resting is actually going against the Flow, sometimes, it is going with it. The key to deciphering it is getting in touch with a Higher Power.. whatever you want to call ‘That Power’.
The key to understanding that everyone is already in touch with that Higher Power, are our feelings. What are your feelings telling you to do in this moment? You can get better and better at deciphering this. It just takes time and practice. Keep going, and ask that Power for help. It will give it to you.
When down and feeling disconnected or stuck.. meditating, connecting with others, gaining new information or insights (from positive and uplifting sources), or laughing/doing something fun that puts you in the moment can really help shift your perspective.
Moving your body out in nature is a very good example of the last one.
Going slow, and really feeling how things feel.. is key. Doing quality activities, instead of just social media. Really listening to your soul and what it has to say, because it always has something to say. ❤️🙏🏼
Once you realize you are the source of your own joy, things get a lot easier..
YOU have to (and get to) be the source of your optimism, flow and love.
When you’re following your path, you feel good. It’s an indicator from your higher self that you’re doing the ‘right’ thing.
Going slower, being grateful and breathing deeper are three ways of getting into alignment much quicker and easier.
We feel good when we are moving forward, towards our dreams, in any shape, way or form
Eliminate the things in your life you aren’t loving but don’t have to do 100 percent. Like a book. If you’re not fully into it, just stop reading it.
❤️ life is too short to waste our precious energy on things we aren’t fully into.
Notice everything in life that makes your heart sing. Keep track of what makes you feel gratitude and appreciation. What makes you feel good.
The more you do that, the better life will be.
Focus on the good, and doing what you love, more and more each day. And slowly, day by day, your life will get better and better. You will be led on the right path, the life of your dreams.
People may be mean but that’s only a reflection of how they are feeling inside. Be nice to everyone, regardless of how they are acting! It could make their day.
But be respectful of yourself and have proper boundaries of course. 😊😘
