Sunday morning hit. Upper body and cardio. 20 min elliptical, weights, 10 min row machine.
Cardio/Legs/Cardio Monday. 90 minutes. Short rests.
Saturday Cardio, Legs, arms
Client Aaron Dobson starting camp with the patriots today. I've watched Aaron develop over the last few years. Really underrated player. I hope he has a good camp and earns the trust of Tom Brady early. Could be a starter in game 1.
Flank Steak salad.
Found the strawberry flavor, so good post workout. 20 min Cardio, 1 set of 20 each exercise, 10 min cardio, 1 set of 20 each exercise. #training #fitness

Thursday- Leg day. Supersets. No cardio needed.
Tuesday Post cardio workout, Superset Shoulders 4x8, 3x10, 2x12. Traps just 4x8.
Monday workout
Sunday at gym. 45 min high speed/incline walk. Chest and Tri superset workout.
Friday workout. Cardio and arms
Weighted jump rope cardio after Upper body workout this morning. One min on, one minute off. 15 minutes.
Night time cardio. If you are in a cardio zone, stay in it. Hard once you get out of it :)
