I’m really sorry, and that was really cool of you to say something. But, like I said we just met.. and my heart is kind of somewhere else right now. I hope you can understand.
Jubi made her way to her parent's house. She had to make things right between them and make sure there was no more bad blood. She knocked on the door and waited anxiously. Her sister Citrusella answered instead.
"Oh, Jubi I have missed you." The blue haired girl grinned while hugging her sister.
"I missed you too, Citrus." The red haired one smiled while trying not to tear up.
"Mom and dad are in the kitchen. Do you want me to tell them you're here?"
"No, I need to talk to them on my own."
The one with the blue hair closed the door behind them before making her way upstairs, knowing this was not her fight. Jubileena carefully walked into the kitchen before clearing her throat. The first one to notice was her father.
"Jubileena...I thought you were never going to come back." He grinned while wanting to welcome her with open arms.
Jubi cuddled into her dad whereas her mom was giving her a death glare.
"Yes, welcome the little slut into the house with a welcome sign taped on your back why don't you, Peppermint?" She snarled.
"Mom. I only came here to set things right. Then I'll leave again and get out of your way."
"Have you been whoring yourself up to any other boys lately?" The woman sniggered.
"Carmella, have you no shame? She's sorry for what she's done, it's time to get past it and move on." The man said, hoping some sense would come into his wife.
"I like a guy, but it's not like that, okay? There's no more of what I did. I was a different person then. School has changed me."
"Yeah, I'd see it when I believe it. You're tearing our family apart. If you were more like Citrusella in the first place then we wouldn't be in this mess." The woman spat.
"Jubi, my darling. I love you but I think it's time you go before your mom completely loses it."
The velvet cupcake coloured haired girl turned towards the door and built up with rage. She slammed the door shut and rushed back to the school.
Two out of three people wanting her back isn't too bad. But three out of three was what was running in her mind when she reached the house.
