These amazingly fragrant and multi layered flavorful mangos are in season now. They are small and very messy to eat, requiring one to first peel it, then grasp the whole small thing in your hands to munch around the pit and suck away as much juice and fruit as you can, meanwhile dribbling juice down your fingers and wrists.
