spiritual journey readings shared openly:
feel like you are 'stuck?'
like your breath is becoming shallow?

here are some things you can try in your daily life and #practicedaily
juju's words:
while we are 'do-ing' while 'be-ing,' we can many at times, lose our self and jump onto things, notifications, adrenaline rushing activities without even thinking or stopping.
this is why telling your mind and re-connecting your body helps #bemindful #sabbathday
Most importantly, it is important to take these practices and tips according to your environment, lifestyle and wants.
eg. Take one day off to not go on your phone
Juju's experience:
I use to plan according to each day... and then I became frustrated because there was a few days or a week where my mood or inner drive was lacking/unstable.
After my period from healing from my emotional wounds, I discovered the art of spotting the moon. It is there every so often -
to remind us that as each day, week and month goes on - the pattern of each month and season stays the same.
As much as my external environment changes, I can adapt.
How?
Each phase of the moon can be symbolic of what phase you can tell yourself to focus, reflect, rebuild or rest on.
In this case, winter solstice the period during winter is hibernating.
And in this 30 second video, I share my top 3 themes I practiced in those three months of having down-time for myself during #lockdown2020.
fasting
freely
feasting
Every day, your cells die, some are being repaired and some are created.
So are you - your essence, your self, your drive.
You can change because around you so many things are changing.
Make your mark and learn to re-evaluate and #reflect.
re-new, re-align, re-lease
Watch these three clips that go for 21 seconds on:
breathing
walking mindfully and
letting go
repeat & reflect.

After settling in home life in lock-down in 2020, I discovered a time management tool that workplaces used that can be adopted in our home/personal/work life. I tried to map out activities and my daily life on this matrix highlighting: "URGENT / NON URGENT IMPORTANT / NON IMPORTANT " I facilitated a Zoom practical class to my community youth group to remind ourselves of #selfcare #mentalhealth and the value of #relationships and #reflecting as a gift during this time. Remember to simply 'be' not just to 'move' or 'do.' @jujunguyen
