[Collab] - Helium Theft

A collab with my buddy @mechrotta / @boy-ancy , an extremely talented artist that you have to check out and follow, he deserves it! Their OC Val, reaching new heights after “borrowing” some helium from a balloon vendor, creating two balloons of her own! Mechrot provided the bases and I did the editing!
