I just found out that his blog again and I totally forgoz about this. Needless to say nothing has changed the last months
3.11.2017
I did a small work-out :) I was 20min on the crosstrainer and did some crunches after that. I'm feeling great rn
1.11 and 2.11 2017
I forgot to make a post about the 1.11 but I learned some french vocabulary.
On the 2.11 I went to the library and got books about coding, piano plaing and a novel in french although I'm not sure if I'm already able to read it. I can understand comics but I never tried to read a book in french and of course I also got some other books. I also started reading something about c# (programming language) wasn't much only the first couple pages.
No zero days
Okay so, I just stumbled over a post and a part of that post was about "no zero days". It means that you have to do every day something that brings you closer to a goal / dream. Even when you just write down a sentence or just learn one word.
You maybe laugh about me but that's a concept I have never thought about while trying to reach my goals. I've always heared that you have to take breaks and days off and so on. And tbh that never worked for me. As soon as I took a day off from reaching my goals I totally lost my motivation and focus and I normally never gotten back on it.
I have created a toxic routine of not doing anything at all. When I come home from school I just watch tv, sleep, daydream or listen to music.
So now I'm going to do no zero days :) and I use tumblr as a diary. I want to make sure I'm really doing that and writting it down and posting it on tumblr is kind of an extra motivation.
I have probably way to many goals I would want to reach. I'm just gonna write down the 5 who are most important to me.I guess 5 are also a bit much but I give it a try.
1. Learn french
2. Learn how to code
3. Become fitter
4. Learn how to play piano (keyboard)
5. Get better in maths
I'm going to do something that brings me closer to one or more of my goals every day :)
And I'm really just going to do something for the goals i listed. That sounds a bit odd so let me explain why: I have to problem that I have way to many goals I would want to reach like I also want to learn danish and japanese or I also want to learn how to play the guitar or the cajon. You see I really have to limit myself or I'm never going to succeed in any of the goals I have.
