Cessa laughed, âYeah, you make a good point on that one.â She smiles, âThanks, I donât really go out with anyone from back at work but mostly because weâre always working, you know how it is. âItâs like no matter how long youâre here, you donât get used to every part of the job, but itâs whatever.â Cessa grabbed one and nodded in agreement, âMay we keep it that way for as long as we can,â she cheered before downing her shot.
âYeah, I get that, and also I mean, sometimes when youâre working with the same people all the time, often in close quarters, you can get sick of them,â Jules laughed, before downing her shot as well, âSo, how are things outside work? Any plans in the work? Starting a fashion line, curing cancer, taking over the world?â
Cessa shrugged, âLilâ bit of the low point of this week, but itâs whatever.â Taking a seat on the stool next to her, she pipes up, âAnything 80 proof or more.â She shakes her head, âHonestly, workâs just been such a killer. Like I love it, but itâs justâI donât know, man. Thanks for this, itâs lit.â
Jules nodded as she listened, âYeah, I know what you mean, I mean, sometimes itâs a bit literal with that, but yeah,â smiled she shrugged, âItâs no problem, anytime, I find unwinding with someone who can sympathize makes all the difference, even if you donât really go into depth. Which you can, if you feel so inclined. Iâm here to listen, but Iâm not going to pry.â When the shots came Jules grabbed one, holding it up slightly, âHey, the job may be killer but at least for this week we are still going strongâ
âright? iâm gonna tell the boss to chance my codename.â slowly, he propped himself up into a seated position. holding his head, he chuckled. âwow, i lost everything. that hasnât happened in a while. keeping what turned out to be a strangerâs coat over his lower body. he looked around blearily. âwhere⌠where am i?â
âIâm sure that will go over so well, I mean, itâs not like we have a running theme or anything that you would ruin,â Jules chuckled, taking in Rick, âUh, yeah, unfortunately, or fortunately you did, depending on who you ask.â The question made her smile further, âMy place, or what is left of it, a little messy now but Iâm having someone come clean it later so, it will be back to normal. Do you want some coffee or something?â

*Nicknames/Aliases:Â She doesnât care much for Juliette, but hates being called Julie even more. Angel of Death was her alias when she was with The Order, and she hasnât been called that in years.Â
*Sexuality: Jules is Bi, out, and proud. It was something she always knew but never really indulged in until she completed her training. In fact, she didnât indulge in any sort of escapades or romantics until after her training. At the time it wasnât her priority.Â
*Skills: Thanks to her extensive training she is well rounded in most skills. One of her more unusual talents is advanced medical knowledge and treatment skills. Apart from modern medicine techniques she is knowledgeable on most poisons and herbal and traditional cures.Â
*Occupation: Jules was an elite member of The Order, a mysterious and well known group of assassins rooted in Persia. Otherwise she operated on her own terms, gaining jobs through relationships and networks she built.
*Nationality: Jules has dual citizenship in France and Austria due to her parents citizenship. Her mother was French, and her fatherâs family was of German and Austrian decent.Â
*Accent: Growing up in a multilingual household while moving and learning many different languages caused Jules to not have a defined accent. Most are perplexed when trying to place where she is from. However some days her German or French dialects are more noticeable.Â
*Tattoos/Scars: A lesson and habit she picked up from her mother and training is to make yourself as indistinguishable as possible. This manifested itself in Jules never getting a tattoo, something unique that only she would have. Now though, she is considering it more as she finds them incredibly attractive. The scars that litter her body tell the stories of her battles. The ones on her back come mainly from her training, or torture, rather. It was a way of building endurance, and being able to maintain loyalty under coercion attempts.Â
*Hobbies: Jules loves a good party, and her hobby and secret talent is drinking. She can out drink anyone, and still maintain some control of herself. Painting is a new hobby that Jules has picked up since joining the agency. She tried to use it to calm herself, and she found out she rather enjoys it. She often spends her down time in front of a canvas with a glass of wine, sometimes whiskey.Â
*Fears: Jules hates jumping out of planes, something has never quite sat right with her with it. She can do it, but she loathes it more than anything, and tries to avoid it at all cost. Leeches is something that makes her skin crawl. She would rather be buried alive in a tank of spiders than have a handful of leeches on her.
*Night Owl/Early Bird: Due to her training and nature Jules doesnât sleep much. She has perfected only needing a few hours of sleep to be fully rested.Â
*Parents Names: Her parents were both involved with covert work and operations. Her mother was a former French spy, her father a hand for hire. They never married, to keep their relationship even more untraceable.Â
*Pets: Jules loves animals, and she has a Frenchie that she drunkenly named Coco Chanel. She loves her pup and Coco goes with her wherever she is able to take them.Â
anika was no stranger to random bouts of rage, it had the tendency to come hand in hand with her strong sense of overwhelming guilt. she struggled to keep her demons at bay but she eventually found herself a remedy in writing and exercising to the brink of numbness. unfortunately, her muse for words were largely unfound, if not buried stubbornly within the depths of her brain, leaving her to saunter into the mansionâs next best option. her long fingers paled in comparison to the purple bruises that decorated her small knuckles, it was almost as if they were begging her to take a break from the relentless violence. ââ-its not leering..â the young woman mumbled quietly, bright green hues flickered away from the wrapping tape in her hands as a scowl made itself present at her own fidgeting. âi hadnât even noticed you.â
âAlright then,â Jules panted quietly, âFair enough.â She relaxed back against the punching bag, her eyes taking time to glance over Anika. She took note of the wrapping tape and nodded, âAm I in your way then? Weâve got plenty of other bags, but I know this type is my personal favorite. It has a little more give than the rest, just the way they are made.â
Sighing, Cessa stands up from her work to follow her without argument. Beggars canât be choosers, right? âAt this point I think I just need shots.â
Jules walked quickly and with purpose, âHaving a rough day I see!â she called over her shoulder as they made their way. Entering the pub she nodded to one of the tenders she was familiar with, âSix shots of whatever my friend here likes,â slipping on to a stool she turned back to Cessa, âSo, whatâs bothering you? If you care to tell, or do I need to get the shots in your first?â
âmr. dickâŚâ he repeated, his voice syrupy and thick. âi like it. thatâs gonna be my new handle.â gratefully, he took the cup and the pill, pausing before he put the small white thing on his tongue. âalso fuck off, that guyâs a twat. call me bond⌠rick bond.â rick popped the pill into his mouth and gingerly sipped water, barely raising his head from the ground.
Jules laughed, âReally now? Should have expected that..â She watched him as he moved, assessing his condition. âRick Bond? Sounds pretty legit,â she leaned up as he took the medicine, âNeed a hand? You should probably work on finding your clothesâ she held her hand out to him.
Cessa puts down her work, debating the offer. Sheâs almost always down to grab a drink. âWell⌠If youâre buying then I guess I really canât refuse, can I?â She asks with a small smile.
âI was hoping you would say that,â Jules stood, âHow about the pub around the corner? A little dingy, but sometimes that is what you need,â with a quick wink she turned and lead they way, assuming she would be followed.Â
Anger, rage, revenge. The emotions and thoughts swirled around like a toxic cloud in her mind, her hits landing hard on the bag, the audible thwacks echoing. Jules was known to ruin equipment, it never seemed to hold up to her physical form of venting. The bag she pounded now was no different, breaks and tears becoming more apparent with every swing. It didnât matter to her, it helped curb the edge. âYou know,â she started, slowing her hits until she stopped, âItâs not that easy to concentrate when you can feel someone leering from the shadows,â Jules turned to face the visitor, leaning back against the bag.
âListen, normally Iâd love to talk,â she starts. Although in all honesty, she wouldnât, âBut Iâm kind of very busy, so unless itâs, like, absolutely, positively important, I donât have time for whatever this is,â Cessa finishes with a circular hand gesture in their direction.Â
âMhmm,â Jules hummed, glancing over the other, âWell I am terribly sorry to bother you, I was just going to ask if you wanted to go get a drink or two, blow off some steam?â a smiled played at the corner of her lips, âIâm buying..â
âNever thought Iâd be here,â Ava said, looking over at the person in the passenger seat. Â It had been a long stake-out mission, almost ridiculous in its lengthâbut she was here, wasnât she? Alive, driving, feeling the wind in her hair, a far cry from the socialite fate sheâd only barely escaped.Â
âWhat got you here?â she asked, watching the road.
âOh really? This not youâre dream life?â Jules smiled, glancing out at the passing scenery. âMe?â she turned back to the blonde, surprised, âWell, it was a long and complicated road, but, well, I guess when all my doors closed, this one just happened to open. What about you?â Â
rickâs eyes fluttered blearily open. his head felt like it was filled with molasses, and his mouth was drier than the sahara desert. what felt like an age passed before conscious thought returned to him. âwhat the fuck happened last night?â he groaned, realizing and not caring that he was clad in nothing except what mightâve been a duvet or a towel, possibly a suit jacket draped over his body. he couldnât bring himself to look and see. turning his head he saw confetti, party cups, refuse, and a paper hat that read âhappy new year.â âwait⌠what time is it?â he checked his watch (which was miraculously still on his watch. âOne-oh-five? itâs only been an hour?â he paused. âoh fuck itâs the second.â
Heels clicked on the floor as Jules made her way through, kicking aside trash discarded on the ground. âEvidently you might have met your match Mr. Dick,â a smirk etched itself across her lips. Jules walked her way over to his body, smoothing the old party dress that still clung to her frame, âGreat detective skills, might have to start calling you Sherlock,â Jules teased, kneeling down beside him, âHere, take this, and this,â she spoke quieter as she shoved a pill and cup his direction.
Jules loves to teach and share her knowledge. She will teach or lecture anyone who will listen when sheâs in the mood. Since becoming so dedicated to the agency she feels a responsibility to make sure she shares whatever knowledge she has.Â
She often acts like shes been there longer than she has. Due to her nomadic nature and past, it doesnât take her long to get comfortable or attached to something when it feels right. This results in her almost mothering in a way, if a former cold blooded assassin could be seen as mothering.Â
Jules can out drink anyone, anytime, anyplace. And she can kick your ass afterwards, just to prove a point.Â
She is versed on a variety of weapons. Jules could find twelve different ways to kill you with a cotton swab. One skill that seems to surprise everyone is her swordsmanship. Shes deadly with throwing knifes but wait till you giver her one very long one, or worse, two.Â
Jules has always wanted siblings. The idea of having friends that have to be your friends because well, theyâre your family, always appealed to her.Â
Shes a bit of a floozy. She knows firsthand life can be short, and she doesnât believe in wasting it not getting what you want. Jules isnât above using her, talents per-say, for aid her in missions.Â
Surprisingly she doesnât fancy planes too much. She has ridden more than she cares to remember, but it always makes her feel a little sick. Parachuting out of one is her least favorite thing to do.Â
Jules has a french bulldog she drunkenly named Coco, after Coco Chanel. It wouldnât naturally be her first choice but she liked the name and it stuck.Â
