I have this link saved - it's a pdf on how a Wisconsin town fought and won against a data center. Definitely a great tool in a tool box to use against this! Areas like Spokane ABSOLUTELY can not afford to have this happen, the damage done to the aquifer alone would be horrendous. Eastern Washington faces horrible yearly droughts as is, no one can afford to speed up that process anymore than it already has.
