This sick bleach shirt I made. Something to showcase my undying love for prehistoric cave art.
Some of the bleach burned thru the shirt bc this was my first time bleaching anything ever, but it kinda adds to it.

Riding Journal - May 2026
It's been a busy few months! Simon has been doing great and spring has finally fully arrived.
We had an issue of about 8 weeks where he wasn't being fed properly - I was feeding him and most of the other horses when I could the few times a week I was out. They were hungry - completely out of food by 6pm. Lots of food aggression and they all got skinny. Simon dropped hundreds of pounds and his topline.
I have no idea what the issue was because then the weather changed, blankets came off, and suddenly everyone had food again. We never ran out of hay? So I'm not sure if it was a staffing issue or what. I had brought it to Simon's owner and mentioned it to staff but nothing really happened.
I obviously didn't ride during this period. We made the decision to leave but struggled to find another barn. There's a few reasons for that but the biggest issue was driving time for myself and his owner. We both didn't want to drive more than 45 minutes but we live very far apart (over an hour). She hasn't really been out since October (maybe 5 times or so) in part due to the drive being over an hour.
Since he started being fed again, I waited til he regained weight then started riding again. He's felt amazing. We've ridden outside almost exclusively which made him so happy. We did a few field rides which he loved. He is such an angel. I can take him out alone no issues.
Anyways, we found a solution and will be moving there. I feel a bit bad as Simon has friends here and he's happy. Minus the two months of feed issues, the care has been good. The facilities were wonderful. The atmosphere okay. But if you can't trust your horse is getting fed it's just not worth it.
Eating that spring grass

So happy to be outside
Another slot I've done for my multislot ych, a baby pegasus. I haven't drawn wings for a while, so it was slightly difficult XD 🕊Commissioner: Rithiam 🕊OC: Shencong Other babies from this batch:
