“Well normally I’d love to, but you know, I don’t really feel like giving you a compliment on something that was meant to be mine. Any other outfit is fair game for a compliment in my eyes.”
“What if I don’t tell you which outfit though, then you’ll never know.”

Juniper opened her mouth to say no but then hesitated, “What flavour?” She asked through narrowed eyes.

“No coffee in the morning?” Vienna echoed, looking to the redhead. “Did that person just say they don’t drink coffee? Don’t tell me you don’t drink coffee either.”

“That’s fair enough.” Alex replied, nodding her head slightly, “Now tell me, what should I be looking out for? I don’t want to give you a compliment on the wrong outfit and waste my kindness on the wrong thing.”
“Oh honey, where have you been living? You should always compliment my outfits.”

“What a shame. You kept the receipt, didn’t you? Sales associates aren’t as nice as I am.”
“I think I might keep it for myself, show it off so you know what you’re missing,” Juniper said, “Sales associates might not be nice but neither am I remember?”
alexandriasrosier:
“Oh, no, I’m not offended. You’re just not invited to my birthday party anymore. It’s fine.”
“What a shame, I was getting you the best gift as well.”

“That’s a bit rude, here I thought we were friends and everything.”
“If we were friends then you wouldn’t take offense to that.”
