it’s been a lonnnng while. I don’t post here much anymore but i do post on my main account @frankysbraid in case anyone is interested

i don't mind nicky taking over the kitchen too much because she should only have a few months left on her sentence, right? she's just lost the two most important people in her life (three if you want to count shani), so i like that she'll have something to keep her occupied for the rest of her time in prison. but lorna and red's endings were DEVASTATING. i knew we weren't going to get a happy ending for nicky and lorna, but i wish we could have gotten a glimmer of hope for them. ugh.

I think so, yeah. I do like how she’s kind of mirroring Red, but I will admit I would’ve really liked to have seen her get out. I’m really sad about Lorna and Red’s endings.

Do you nicky meant it when she called her soft spot for lorna platonic or what did you think of that

I thought it was kinda fucking annoying. It’s platonic now but she did used to love Lorna, so it would’ve been nice if she outright said that to Red, like, just something for us shippers so we could have at least had that. But hey ho. Too late now, I guess.

Maybe it’s because her character wasn’t around long but did u think the whole shani is a better fit for Nicky was kind of out of nowhere &hard to believe She didn’t really know much about Nicky’s heroin addiction and didn’t see the horrors of Nicky’s addiction like Lorna did or have to deal with the shitty things Nicky did and said after her relapse. It didn’t really make sense. What did you think ?(btw I like Shani’s character and her story she’s light on FGM which is discussed a lot in t.v.

It did feel pretty forced and disjointed. I liked her too and I was really sad about her ending. It’s a shame I just never really felt the chemistry between her and Nicky.

You're back :) How did you feel about the nichorello ending. I was severely disappointed but kind of expected. Lorna is not getting the help she needs whether or not she's with Nicky or in florida... So what's the point? Nicky turning into Red was stupid imo. She's not a cook and yes I like her being motherly and all that but I was disappointed in her character arc towards the end, she's stuck with trash individuals who were part of Daya's squad and who had a part in Tiffany's death. She's alone

I’m back-ish, haha. So, thing is, I haven’t actually completed watching it all yet (I’m on episode 12) but I knew beforehand how things would end for Nicky and Lorna and I’m not happy. I knew they weren’t going to be endgame, but Nicky finding a new love interest (where the chemistry wasn’t really there imo) for her too be taken away? Lorna not getting the help she needs and Red neither? And I agree with you about the kitchen. I’m just so frustrated. I’m looking forward to any fix-it fics, if anyone produces any.

Do you think that Nicky and Lorna will be endgame in season 7 ? In season 6 they were friends without any romantic moment😞

No, I think they will probably share scenes similar in nature to what they had in season 6 to be honest.

I think Lorna could leave Vince, but I think that because she's actually in love with Nicky and doesn't even realize the extent herself? She's just as protective/scared for her friend as Nicky is her. If they were really separated outside of prison I think she'd kinda lose it. And as much as Lorna wants to, she can never be the perfect wife/italian barbie doll she attempts to be. there's a lot of driving forces i think would sep. her and vince.

Yeah, I agree with all of this. A lot can happen, and I genuinely have no idea which route Jenji will go down, but I’m a little nervous to see how things turn out. Sorry about the late response.
