CLEAR QUARTZ 

The idea of "it will be better next time" is what motivates your actions the most. The more unsuccessful you're at doing something, the more you want to conquer it, sometimes even to the point of obsession. You don't accept defeat and failures easily. Once you're focused on something or someone, you can get into a bit of a tunnel vision. Without restraint or discipline, you can easily lose yourself to a cause, to an idea or vision. It might sound negative, but with proper awareness and self control, it can help you achieve many things.

In a sense, you're a gambler, putting your all into a route. Nothing can deter you from your chosen course. The more difficult and challenging it is, the more motivated you're. To you, there's something romantic and worthy about overcoming difficulties. So you could sometimes choose a path that's not the easiest. I noticed that I used the word "easy" a lot in this reading, so it might be a word that you have a complicated relationship with. You would complain about life being hard, that nothing comes to you effortlessly, but you also don't like doing easy things, choose easy options. Almost as if to test yourself. 

When you see opportunities for growth and expansion, you act with your gut and just go with what your current instinct is telling you. The promises of something better, improvement and success can make you act impulsive. You're very good at talking yourself into actions, people would have difficulties trying to persuade you to do something, you even distrust people's opinions. You're the only one who can think of reasonable arguments to persuade yourself. This optimism, determination and stubbornness are formidable, as long as you remember your past mistakes and learn valuable lessons from them so that you won't dive headlong into the same problem again and again. 

RUTILATED QUARTZ 

There are two main things that can motivate you the most. One is material gain, the other is protecting your independent position. 

Normally you're a pretty chill, go with the flow kind of person, but when those two things pop up in your life, you can gather your inner strength and go to "battles". So the first one, material gain, I don't feel that you need to be a billionaire or something, but you like to feel stable and comfortable with your financial gain. An opportunity too big can make you suspicious or develop performance anxiety, out of your reach. But a reasonable one, one that can bring small gains or help you accumulate wealth in the long run can entice you. You're not too idealistic but you can stay optimistic if you see hope for a more prospective future. You don't mind working hard to earn more, in fact, anything that comes to you too easily can make you suspicious, but a helping hand is always welcomed. 

There could be competition, and you can feel more motivated when you feel like you need to protect something, or to gain an upper hand. Not that you like to do dirty tricks, but you're ready to fight, or to compete when necessary, to prove your ability and worth. Especially when someone challenges your worldview or threatens to affect your reputation negatively. You're not afraid to stand up for yourself, and even for other people if you think there's injustice here. You can rebel against moulds, against expectations and prove to the world that there's more to you than meets the eye. But you don't do so openly, you prefer to keep your cards close to your chest and quietly get ahead, surprising everyone. 

SMOKEY QUARTZ 

You have a very logical mind, your mind floats and flows, not rigid but cool and flowing like a stream in spring. You can see clearly what's ahead of you and plan your route beforehand. Dare I say nothing can really surprise you, but you surprise everyone else instead. Looking in from the outside, people would think you have premonitions about the future for everything you do seems to fall into places like domino pieces. It's like you have a map or a plan for the future and you just need to follow it, effortlessly. That effortlessness is the result of you following the guidance of your heart, not your mind, the logical part only comes after you get the spark for action. So in appearance, it looks calculated and logical, but the process is actually very intuitive and free-flowing. 

Despite that, you're not a risk taker, you know the path you need to take right away, you see the prize, but you move slow and steady, taking your time, savouring the process, as if you're being guided by an invisible force. Which I think is true. You might call it however you want, but your actions are guided by your reception to spiritual forces, that's your motivator, when you feel lucky and effortless, you keep going and vice versa, when things get stuck or don't feel "right", you look for another path. It's not because you give up easily, but you can't keep going when you can see clearly the muddy future ahead. Knowledge is the source of nourishment for you, you seek knowledge everywhere. You look for growth, like a tree looking for light and water. If there are offers that sound lucrative on paper but offer no nourishment for you, then you can't feel motivated to accept them.

This is also true for relationships. You look for self development in relationships with other people. You can feel more motivated when you know you're not doing something alone, when there's someone alongside. You seek completion, through the harmonious union between people. You can do extraordinary things for the sake of a connection you cherish. You feel proud and joyful when you're able to help and protect those you love. Like a tree offering its fruits. 

STRAWBERRY QUARTZ 

You dislike inefficiency and irrationality. So much so that no matter how chill and private you're, you can't close your eyes to those two "sins", in yourself or in your surroundings. Whenever you see something messy, hear irrational statements, you can't help but feel the need to step up and correct them. Not that you want to dominate people or show off, you just want things to be right, at least in your view. You can be opinionated, stubborn with your ideas, because to you, those ideas are the products of painstakingly careful consideration. You don't take anything for granted, you don't see things at surface level. You put everything through strict scrutiny, from your own thoughts, habits, personality to how you navigate the world. People can call you a perfectionist, a demanding person, but they can't deny the truth in your words, the efficiency in your work. Your ability and talent thrive the most in an environment where there's still room for improvement.

You also can get energised by friendly discourses and debates where you can hone your mind sharp. To you, those debates are actually golden opportunities for you to reflect on your inner workings and exercise self control, opportunities for improvement. But once you've made your decisions or judgments, you can defend those decisions with intense passion. It's not easy to rile you up, unless someone touches on your core beliefs and morals. They sure will get a good lecture. 

Despite all that, you prefer peace in your social life. Unless provoked, you prefer to keep to yourself, sometimes keeping people at arm length to avoid unnecessary confrontation. The key word is "unnecessary" as you're an ardent hater of inefficiency. When needed, you have no trouble making clear of your stance.

Your SP already has an eye on you; they look at you sometimes, they are curious about you and find your personality to be interesting. In order for them to fall in love with you it is really important to establish a closer relationship with them first, especially given that most of you all haven’t really talked to this person a lot before. Try and start talking to them, whether you use something to get in a conversation smoothly or just walk up to them and start talking to them. They are already interested in you, and won’t decline having a conversation with you.
