Posting videos of my yoga practice makes me feel extremely vulnerable. "What will they think!? What will they say!? Am I good enough!? Will they think I'm even more weird than they did before!?" It's so hard for me to be vulnerable, to open up. To me it gives people more ammunition to use against me. It's difficult to trust.. let go.. surrender.. they say do something every day that scares you. My yoga practice has grown so much! I'm always so humbled during yoga. It teaches me to drop my ego and expectations (Virgo vibes for sure 😂) but surrender to the flow of my breath and surrender to what is. To release control. Yoga let's me be my full authentic self. I'm definitely not perfect at yoga but that's why they call it a practice! 😉It's a constant practice; one that never has an ending. It's purpose is learning to flow through evolution. Breathing. Harnessing your breath during the ebbs and flows. Physically, mentally, spiritually. I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come. One day I'll do head stands and other more advanced asanas.
