Is there anything you would have changed about your childhood?
everything
Complete strangers always want me to see their dick until I tell them that my unearned time and attention needs to be compensated with money.

Finished. Just added a little more texture and hair. :>
when youre reading smut and youre positive you have their entire geometry figured out but then someone grabs a knees that shouldn be there
When your readers are taken right out of the story to try and figure out who is moving which part where, you need to rewrite it. Unless it is absolutely critical for the way an event is unfolding in the moment, or in reference to a previous plot point (like a character being injured) don’t use left/right, most people inherently imagine it a particular way without trying, so leaving direction/sided indicators out lets the mental image sync with the text more smoothly. Especially in spicy scenes, sided indicators can really break the momentum when readers have to scramble the mental image to fit what’s written. If it isn’t essential, leave directional cues out.

She was like poetry - most people couldn't understand her.
If you're going to write graphic erotica you better know anatomy. Don't fake it, don't guess, don't copy phrases and expressions you've read from someone else's writing. Not only is that monotonous and utterly boring, and bordering on plagiarism, it's possibly (likely) structurally incorrect; and while some of us write just for fun to niche audiences, don't be ignorant or spread ignorance. Educating yourself will only improve your mind and your writing.
Unless you know that you know the anatomical structure you're describing, look it up. Many experts in sex education have gladly shared their knowledge online, to further our autonomy, because knowledge is power. Institutions, especially authoritarian ones, benefit greatly from our naivety and ignorance. Ask questions of actual experts (this obviously excludes ai chatbots whose only expertise is sycophancy).
You cannot "pump her womb full of your cum", unless the cervix is dilated open which it almost never is. If you're just meaning the vagina (the 'womb' is the space within the uterus and that term has heavy pro-forced birth connotations), find a cute or sexy euphemism, or just describe the way it feels to your characters or subjects.
If you write virginity tropes, there is no hymen *inside* the vagina. If there is one at all, it is barely at the opening in the vagina, just past the labia minora. So, don't write that "on his final thrust/inch he broke through". If he's already thrusting, he's already in. There is no magic door somewhere deep inside that requires the right kind of knocking to get through (at least not as it pertains to 'virginity'; in fantasy, sci-fi, and poetic expression however, that could be a cool way to express connection, intimacy, trust, vulnerability, or the transcendent experience of penetration). Personally, I think nobody should write this trope unless they have read about the anatomy and the harm and cultural impact its legitimately undue veneration has caused on innumerable women. There are ways to express newness, unfamiliarity, specialness, the dichotomy of innocence/corruption, without regurgitating patriarchal idiocy. Try harder, write better.
Explore your own body, your partner's body. Consider what your own experiences have felt like, and if you aren't sure exactly what was going on in the process, look it up. Lots of great browsers and search engines exist now that do not track or store your searches, if you're worried about online surveillance.
Have fun, get smarter, write better.
