In this version of the soulmate AU, your soulmate has your favorite color on their back, and you have their favorite color on your back. Only your soulmate can be the one to tell you what the color on your back is. If someone tells you what the color is, then your soulmate is destined to die before you meet them. OC A actually has more than two colors on their back, but nobody can tell them that, so they get bullied without knowing the reason why. Eventually OC B & C end up both telling OC A what the color is.
Angst: One of the two weren’t OC A’s soulmate.
Bonus for previous: OC B’s best friend, OC D, ends up dying because they were supposed to be with OC A & C.
Angst 2: OC A doesn’t want to be with either of them.
Add on: The color(s) form a symbol that represents their personality. Example: OC A likes to grow plants, so maybe OC B has a rose on their back. Or a daisy. Can be anything relating to what OC B likes or is like.
