WUH- UHHHH, hiii...? Oh god it's already so awkward... uh, ask me stuff.... I guess..

<the person pulls out a camera that they "borrowed" and snapped a photo of the furnace>

???: *mumbling* ok, now to get this thing developed... by Sam... the last person I wanna ask...

<then the person accidentally knocked something over, causing a loud CRASH sound>

???: oh god.... please don't wake up...

[ it didn't wake up, but what did catch the flash of a class was a tick that skitters off, only to get roaches unapologetically by the steam blowing out the holes in its pipes ]

[ it sounded like a rusty bucket rather than a all powerful firey beast. ]

[ something's wrong...? Maybe? Then again it's getting warmer and there's no need for it to heat up the apartment. ]

???: .... *carefully approaches it* hello...?

[ ....10 coal fragments found! ]

[ it seems nearly empty, likely since no one is needing it any time soon ]

[ It exhaled steam only the door hinge that makes up its jaw and mouth, causing it to creek, pipes sinking deeper into the sewage and coming back out as a small influx of air pushed through the holes torn into them ]

[ It...might be sleeping. It just looks broken down. ]

???: ... hm... *carefully steps closer before tapping it to see if it was even sentient before quickly backing away again* ...

[ It grumbled, it's barely making a fuss anymore... ]

[ maybe come back when it's a bit.....colder. ]

[ More ticks clustered around its pipes but skittered away again losing interest with the furnace as a whole for now at least. ]

???: hmmm *looks at the coal fragments i found before (attempting to place) placing them in the furnace*
