Dear People I have Threads with;

Just because I start another thread with someone playing the same character as you, doesn’t mean that I hate you, I’m getting annoyed by you, or I’m bored with you; I’m most likely in a different scene, and nothing I send you both will be the same.

Just because I take a while to reply to you, but not others, doesn’t mean I’m ignoring you; My muse is picky, and I can only write what I’m drawn to. I want my replies to be well written and fun, not forced and horrible

Just because I shorten a reply doesn’t mean I’m bored with the thread; I’m probably tired, thinking of something else to continue with, or giving you the chance to set up our next situation.

Just because I drop a thread doesn’t mean I will never come back to start another; When I drop threads, I’m usually overwhelmed, without a muse for that particular piece, or bored with it, and I’ll ask to start another.

Don’t assume because I’m picky/tired/museless, I’m not happy with you.

Haleth hadn’t meant to cause an awkward situation; after all, she had only been trying to return to the College after a particularly trying dragon fight. She felt exhausted, but doubted Professor Talasse would accept a merely saving a village as an excuse for missing class. When she reached the crossroads to return to the school, she had noticed another Dunmer headed, presumably, in her direction, though perhaps he would soon go his own way. As the minutes ticked by, however, she began to get the distinct feeling that he would not leave, nor would he acknowledge the fact that they were travelling concurrently. 

She let her arms pat her sides as she tried to ignore the awkward feeling creeping through her stomach. After all, even the most fervent Stormcloak supporter would have said something by now. She cleared her throat and quickened her pace to match his. 

“Good afternoon,” she said, bending forward slightly, “I noticed we’re going the same way. Are you going to the College?” 

Paying no heed to his apparent travelling companion, Allryn continued his silent walk. He could simply open a portal to the College, but always felt odd doing so, having spent so much of his time there before joining the Order. Of course, having been one of Savos' advisors and friends, it was undoubted that there are those who would be used to it. Better not to startle the new crop though, he'd simply change robes on arrival to do the official business.

He glanced at the womer with a raised brow when she spoke, apparently silence wasn't an option, not that he was surprised given his track record with meeting strangers. "Good afternoon," He returned. "We are indeed and yes I am. I presume that you are as well?" Might as well make small talk he supposed, it wouldn't hurt.

Allryn was making his way back to Winterhold from Markarth, but first he had a stop in Whiterun. He was on the road, cloak drawn about him tightly when he ran across the stranger. He'd had the fortune to spend yestereve in Rorikstead, so fortunately should trouble be caused he was well rested enough to deal with it appropriately, but for now... He simply adrjusted his hood and kept walking, waiting to see if trouble would be caused.
