being 18-19 is incredibly hard and if especially if youre mentally ill you can find yourself lost and still trying to figure yourself out. it's just as rough as 12-13. you're doing so many new things and if becoming a teenager was hard for you, give yourself credit for not knowing how to go from 'child' to adult as readily as other people seem to do. it's a new stage of life. it's hard to figure out. thats ok.
