Talia Al Ghul is weirdly the only woman in fandom and in canon that I’ve ever seen people feel the innate inclination to take away her agency as a parent away from her. Making Selina Damian’s “mother” and making Dick adopt him? It’s really weird behavior and I’m not going to pretend that it isn’t anymore.

No matter how “horrible of a parent” she may be or you may THINK she is that still doesn’t take away her rights from her child.

You people don’t do that with Bruce. No matter how shitty of a parent Bruce is you people always bend over backwards to defend him as a parent.
