A reminder that sadly age regression as a whole is and will likely always be see as a “weird taboo” thing to others.

So dunking on other regressors for using / needing padding to feel superior or “less cringe”isn’t cool at all. Many disabled regressors also use them medically and need them, excluding and shaming those within our community isn’t okay!

there’s a big difference between having your own valid preferences and boundaries, and behaving borderline ableist and cruel towards your fellow regressors.

♡eat things ike berries, different nuts and fish

♡make a den! You can make one outside or inside you can even make it under your bed

♡Hide trinkets in pillows so it's like your burying it

♡wear dark eyeshadow

♡climb trees

♡wear dark arm warmers or gloves

♡practice your vocals

Hello love i don't play Minecraft much so i don't think it'll be accurate to the game but here's somethings for black wolf regressors

♡go for hikes or walks!

♡eat lots of meat like steak and chicken if you don't really like meat you can eat cocoa puffs i know it's not really a wolf food but it's kinda like dog kibble

♡make your own ears /tail and mask or commission someone!

♡'hunt' your stuffies/toys

♡practice your growling /howling

♡use dental wax to make fangs

♡chew toys or if you want something more discreet chewelry

♡if you can draw paws on your shoes

Hello love! I haven't heard of any jellyfish regressors before so I'm not sure if these are going to be the best but here's some things you could do!

♡if you can visit beaches Lakes or rivers

♡wear very flowy/frilly or baggy dresses, skirts or pants

♡eat cooked fish and prawns

♡go swimming alot or take long baths!

♡learn ribbon dancing

♡make yourself a mask! Or commission one you can cut out your face shape from cardboard paint it and glue ribbon to it underneath

Hello loves here's a few drink recipes for you when you are regressed ♡

Angel milk

♡fill your cup up with milk

♡add a tsp of sugar you can add more if you want

♡add a splash of vanilla essence

♡mix and if you want you can add whipped cream

Honey milk

♡two or three tsp of honey

♡one tsp of cinnamon

♡fill half your cup with hot water

♡fill the rest with milk and mix

Lavender milk ♡this can help for sleep♡

♡put warm milk and lavender in a pot

♡leave it for 5-10 mins mix it occasionally then strain

♡stir in some vanilla, honey and cinnamon

-> i have such a soft spot for pet regressors as a cg, but especially sweet little puppies.. i’d love to take care of a puppy 🐾.ᐟ.ᐟ

ᯓ★ teaching a pup new tricks and giving them lots of praise as they learn and do their best! (papa’s always very very proud)

ᯓ★ going for walks to the park and playing fetch

ᯓ★ buying a pup chew toys and other things they can (safely) put in their mouth, since it’s natural for puppies to be a bit bite-y!

ᯓ★ giving a puppy plenty of soft and gentle belly rubs <3

ᯓ★ getting some puppy accessories for a pup! ears/a tail/a collar.. whatever makes them feel like a happy puppy

ᯓ★ making homemade treats just for them, so they always have a sweet little reward made by papa himself :) every pup deserves a yummy treat after all!

ᯓ★ and of course loooots of cuddles while i pet them on their head, telling them how good they are and how much papa loves them. they could happily curl up in papa’s lap any time ❤️❤️

♡burrow into a pile of blankets pillows and stuffie

♡you can make bunny ears out of foam and a headband just be careful to to burn if you're using hot glue

♡groom your stuffies!

♡you can eat things like fruit salads, trail mixes and cut up fruit like banana, strawberries and blueberries

♡if your hair is long enough you can put in clips and bows

♡use those Plushie key chains if you want to bring a friend!

♡use smaller bottles or drink out of a juice bottle

♡wear clothes you'd usually wear when small

♡if you are eating out eat something from the kids menu

♡ pack in snacks you'd eat to be small

♡wear headphones or earphones and listen to a ageregression playlist
