She was born with her left arm only developed to the shoulder, Rand built her a prototype arm in college. She eventually gets a new (better) one from Reagan.
Married to J.R.
Head of Cognitos 'Nutrition Control' department; i.e. managing and releasing the foods meant to slow/weaken the general public.
Attended Harvards culinary division and graduated top of her class.
Culinary major, Theatre minor.
Officially met J.R. and Rand after one of the latter's attempts at spying on her sorority.
After seeing a flying camera outside her sororities window, she marched to Rands door and beat on the door demanding that Rand come out and face her.
Instead, she was met by a sheepish J.R. who she vaugly recognized from her second period French course.
J.R. only cracked the door and gawked up at the screaming woman in front of him, though she didn't pay him any mind, preferring to shout at the vauge form of Rand through the crack in the door.
Upon leaving, she slams the door quite literally in J.R.s face, cracking his glasses a bit from the impact.
The next day, upon arriving to their second period, J.R. meekly stood in front of Melanie's desk, her noticing the crack in his glasses but not commenting, and he silently hands her a letter, which turns out to be a handwritten apology he signed himself and evidently forced Rand to sign as well.
Not long after, following a number of dates, they began officially seeing each other.
Hates Rand, but Tamiko is her bestie.
Mel and J.R. were married pretty much right out of college, and spent 4 months on their honeymoon before Melanie officially began working at Cognito. Inc.
This poorly made chart is the only other thing I can think to add to my little overview (I will be periodically coming back and adding stuff), but if anyone would like to ask questions, feel free too!
