Alex learning that John Rider was an assassin. Alex Rider TV, S03E03: Enemy.
Ngl it's amusing to me how arguably Yassen came out of s3 completely validated in his belief that emotions should be taken out of the equation and that they only lead to mistakes. Like Julia Rothman's plan is evil and over the top and she's putting them all at risk for no reason because of some personal revenge: not really what you'd like to see in an employer. Nile keeps taunting Alex and tries to kill Alex outside the Department's new HQ after Scorpia has been dismantled: clearly blinded by rage when he should have taken his loss and went to lie low.
Even Alex himself failing to kill Mrs Jones is like. Well he made it personal when Yassen warned him not to. Maybe if he hadn't he could have pulled the trigger on her. Clearly the problem is Alex just got too emotional about it, and he might have become a good operative like Yassen if he'd been able to compartmentalise better.
But what about Yassen being worried about Alex? Well, you see, Alex was a great asset so of course Yassen would want to use Scorpia resources to get him out and Yassen doesn't want him to die, so he shot Nile. Perfectly rational reasons, no idea why you're rolling your eyes at me, Alex.

Buck: okay first of all Eddie did NOT own this house, he rented it. Second of all, he’s straight
Sheriff: I think you murdered your husband, Evan Buckley
Eddie: okay, first of all he likes to be called Buck. Second of all, I would NEVER murder him
