I've been binging so bad for the past week and coming back to Tumblr feels like a walk of shame

how did i just manage to binge AT SCHOOL?? i literally can’t do this anymore i wanna die
i’m not eating for at least 24 hours
me and you have similar goals!!1!1!!! like similar starting points and end points and I just feel so happy knowing that someone else has the same starting point :D do you have any tips for newer people? i've been scrolling through tumblr for the past few weeks, but tips from someone similar to me would be awesome sauce!
HIII!!! so i’m gonna be honest im probably not the best person to take advice from for @na and stuff bc i haven’t seen much success yet if we’re being real lol but what i will say is that setting a calorie limit only the night before as im planning the next day works best for me and one of the only ways i can stick to a deficit. if you plan months out in advance you dont know what you’ll be doing and how you’ll be feeling. another more random thing that worked really well for me is sugar free lollipops!!! i swear by these bc if i feel like i might binge i can just put one in and it cures any sort of sugar cravings, keeps my mouth occupied, and lasts long enough so that when im done with it i won’t be thinking about food anymore! oh and i know a lot of people don’t recommend this bc of natural weight fluctuations and stuff but i personally find weighing myself daily to be very motivating honestly
that’s all i got right now lol, also ik i’ve been gone for like 2-3 weeks but ig im back now (we’ll see how long this one lasts😭)
