alright, lets talk about it. ill put my tinhat on because this man quite literally makes me insane sometimes.
first thing to note is that none of them had probably gone to bed yet. lottie was posting pictures from inside Arcadia (one of the glasto night clubs) at the same time Lou removed the like.
the article about H in Block 9 said he was there until 6AM the night before.
none of the days they were there saw them active before 3pm.
second thing to note, is that its not that easy to accidentally like a reel on insta. i looked ridiculous trying this out by scolling different ways to purposely try but i wanted to be thorough. and your phone vibrates when you like a reel. so you know the moment you do. not 70 mins later.
third thing, louis began this pattern of "accidental likes" back on April 2nd when he liked a post about silence. then again with the fake tan the other day. and lets not forget the 24 hour long bio changes.
are we just supposed to think this man has lost all ability to use insta correctly in just the past few months?
no, he specifically tested us. by the time he liked this reel he knew exactly how long it took for the fandom to discover the like, the update accounts to pick it up, and other people to verify it.
and lets talk about the account that the reel came from (because this is where i feel really crazy, so i'd love other people to at least see the same thing i do). this was the first larry post this account had ever posted. in fact, up until January this account was essentially a Lee Ryan fan account. then they became a louis and zayn fan account. this is still the only larry post on this account.
then, say all of that is in fact coincidence. the next time we see lou after the "accidental like" he is in a shirt with heart eyes bulging out of a wolfs head on the front and "hopless romantic" on the back.
that doesn't seem connected to you? cause it does to me. quite overtly so.
do i think that louis knew he was going to like this particular post on that particular day and then wear that particular shirt? no, probably not. though i'm not putting it past him.
but i do think he was planning on doing something. and there is no shortage of "stolen glances" "the way they look at each other" "embodiment of heart eyes" edits on instagram when it comes to those two. it certainly wouldn't be hard to find one if you were looking.
