I finally got the chance to finish my version of the SoC cover after it sat in my WIPs for 10 months! I am so incredibly proud of this one and I will be making and hopefully selling printable dust jackets in the near future! :)

Did everyone forget about that one scene in early SOC where Wylan was drawing a map of the Ice Court, and Kaz asked him for the names of the structures, but Wylan said he didn't know the names in Fjerdan? Yet he later sang a Fjerdan song well enough for other Fjerdans to not realise he's not one of them?

So basically, Wylan lied to Kaz in order to hide his disability, and got away with it. I REPEAT, KAZ DID NOT REALISE WYLAN WAS LYING TO HIS FACE.

okay I understand that hardback snobs prefer them because of the aesthetic or whatever and to a certain extent I agree with you HOWEVER you fail to consider the fact that I like to lie down when I read and am also incurably clumsy and have just dropped a 500+ page hardback directly onto my face and now my lip hurts
