"I can't move." *hajime gives a soft, exasperated sigh as he looks down, teddie's fluffy head resting in the ahogite's lap! the big bear is fast asleep as he's all curled up, clearly nowhere close to finishing his nap!*

"He was dozing off beside me until he finally lost the fight and fell over. Now whenever I try to move he whines in his sleep until I stop. Silly old bear..." *despite his grumbling, hajime doesn't look bothered at all at being used as a pillow, him even going so far as to lightly pat teddie's head while he continues to sleep!*

"Hehe! Oh my goodness, that's so cute~ Big sleepy bear...." Hums Phan in a whisper as she looks at the adorable sight! She gives a soft poke to the big bear's cheek...

"I see, I see... Well, Hajime, you know what that means. You're not allowed to move a siiiingle inch until he wakes up, himself, okay?"

She winks, giggling! Though it didn't seem like Hajime minded to her, thankfully. The way he even pats the big bear's head makes her smile soften...~ "You're so kind, Hajime... It's no wonder Teddie feels so comfy and happy sleeping on your lap, yeah? I'm sure that, just by doing this for him, that he's having great dreams...."

*staying true to his word, izuru is sitting on a chair next to takumi's bed! he's patiently waiting for him to finish the last of his nightly preparations before going to sleep, izuru ready to begin his task when takumi is all settled in!*

"With your affinity for sleeping as well as our unique shared ability, sleep will come quickly, Takumi. If you have decided which scenario you would like to experience, please tell me before we begin."

"With my guidance, I will direct your dream and prevent it from taking the bizarre turns it has been going in lately. I will not wake you. Instead you will awaken naturally tomorrow feeling refreshed after a good night's sleep. Hopefully tonight's dream will stick in your subconscious and serve as a base for the rest of your dreams going forward."

"Nevertheless, if you are ever in need of this service again inform me immediately. I will ensure that your sleep is peaceful and that your dreams are not dominated by sentient fried seafood."

"W-Wow, I can't believe you're actually gonna do this for me, Izuru. Thanks..." Meekly chuckles Takumi as he lays down in the bed once he finished changing into his pajamas. Not that he doubts Izuru, of course, but he really does wonder if he'll have a more relatively normal dream tonight...

"Yeah.... and, umm..." He had time to think about it, but he's still not really sure what scenario he wants to dream about. And he feels he probably shouldn't say anything regarding a certain favorite fish or two of his, even as a joke... "Sorry, I thought I'd hae something by now. Let's see....Oh! How about a fun dream? About us... having fun at a summer festival or whatever! Y'know, the kinds that happen at night with the colorful laterns and all those booths with street foods and games? Sometimes, a friend of mine who's a big party guy would throw parties that are kind of like festival, back at our academy. Those were always fun..."

He hopes that one time, he can get everybody together again to have another one of those parties... "Sooo, yeah! Think you can make that scenario "reality" in my dreams, Izuru? Without you turning into some sentient seafood again? Heheheh...." As he chuckles, he nods his head as he listens, smile growing warmer..

"Gotcha... either way, it seems like I'm going to look forward to a reall good sleep. Oh, and sure! Of course, I'll try not to bother you too much about it, but if I start having way too many weird or especially bad dreams, I'll hit you up. Thanks, Izu.... Alright: I'm ready when you are..." He's looking even more foward to sleep...especially if he might have the happy dream he just described...~

"So this is where you disappeared to, Eve." *tum steps into the bedroom, seeing the tiny kitten loafing on bobby's desk!! she seems content resting there, her being there for quite some time with bobby until tum appeared!*

"She seems well rested. I wonder how long she will remain in here." *while she slow blinks at tum, she also seems to have no interest in moving for now! it seems she will be resting with bobby for a while longer~!*

"Tum! Hehe, yeah! The lil princess has been relaxing on my desk and chilling with me... Hehe, I'm glad she is. I want her to feel nice and comfy in my room, too...~!"

He hums as he gently pets her... All the while, Bobby had been relaxing by her with a nice book! "Well no matter how long, she can stay here as long as she wants... I'm having just as fun relaxing with her, haha!"

"Hey, have you seen Kaito today? It's almost time for lunch and I haven't heard from him at all." *despite his words, mondo doesn't seem too surprised that the astronaut is still completely out of it!*

"He was damn near bouncin' off the walls yesterday so I guess it's fine if he sleeps in. Makes me wonder if Takumi and Makoto are doin' the same thing right now. Those two don't need the excuse of a huge birthday party, though."

"Ah, no, I haven't... he must still be asleep." Kako answers with a small shake of her head. "Ahaha....yeah: but I'm happy he had that much fun. He was really excited to celebrate with Uncle Phanty and especially Uncle Bobby! Which makes sense, since he's his son. I'm sure once he wakes up, though, he'll have his usual energy again!"

Then at the mention of the sleepy boys, Kako taps her chin in thought. "Um, I'm not sure... though I haven't seen them walking around the house just yet, so maybe? It wouldn't surprise me either, hehe... They make their nap parties sound like fun. Maybe we should join in on them one day...."

"Hey, why are you still putting decorations up?! Uncle is supposed to see this only when it's all finished!"

"I told you I needed at least ten minutes! Why did you open the door all the way instead of distracting him more?!"

*ace and deuce are fighting!! it seems that despite the two of them working together, both of them managed to mess up big time! ace forgot how long he was supposed to keep phanty away from his bedroom, and deuce forgot half of the decorations and had to run back to his room partway through to get them! now only parts of his room are filled with gudetama merch and colorful banners strung along the walls and ceiling all while the two boys keep fighting!!*

"Uncle, I'm sorry Deuce couldn't finish it in time. Let me, your responsible nephew, take you to a nice restaurant tomorrow for lunch to make up for this!"

"Why am I the one being singled out?!" *deuce is flabbergasted before he rushes over to stand right beside ace, the two grumbling at each other as they try to nudge each other's shoulder out of the way!* "Uncle, I'm sorry you had to see it like this, so please let me treat you to dinner tomorrow! We're still going to celebrate your birthday today of course, but we both want to make sure you get the full birthday experience even if it's a day later! Please accept our apologies, Uncle Phanty!!"

*deuce then bows deeply to his uncle, cracking his eye open a few seconds later only to get annoyed when ace didn't do the same! so he reaches a hand up and has the redhead bow as well, ace grumbling but doesn't move to stand up straight. despite their bickering, they really did try to work together to celebrate their uncle's birthday!*

"Woah woahhh, hey, hey, calm dooown!" Phanty just laughs as he waves his hands. It seems like the surprise his nephews had for him didn't go exactly as planned, but he doesn't want them to fret or especially fight over it!!

"So that's why you were trying to keep me outta here, huh... but hey, let's not play the blame game here... Things not always going as planned is just a part of life, right?" When the two bow (or more accurately, when Deuce forces Ace into a bowing position), Phanty gently pats their backs and ruffles their hair...

"Come on, stand up straight, you two: no need for all that... 'sides, who's to stay I'm not surprised, huh? I'm already loving what you guys were doing! Room is looking more eghtastic, already~! I mean it. So, really, let's not fight and point fingers: that wouldn't make me happy. And I know you guys want to make me happy, right? Which you did! So yes: we're gonna celebrate today and have a niiceee lunch together, tomorrow. Not because you need to "make it up" to me, but cause I still wanna have lots of fun with you both, even after today's over with. Birthday king's orders! Heheh."

Then, he wraps an arm around each of their shoulders before pulling them into side hugs! "Ace, Deuce: thanks for this!! I'm still real happy you guys wanted to surprise me~! Now no more apologizing!! We're gonna be happy and get along and have some bleghing FUN!"

"Papa's day!! It's Papa's extra special birthday!!!" *that's all the warning bobby will get as kaito sprints towards him before tackling him in a huge hug!! he laughs as he squeezes him as tight as he can, the already hyper astronaut even more excited and happy than usual~!!*

"I know the rest of our family is gonna spoil you too, but I get first dibs! I get to celebrate Papa's birthday before anyone else!" *kaito then gives him one more squeeze before heading over to a nearby table and grabbing the extra large present that's on top of it, the red, white, and blue wrapping paper completely covered with space-related stickers!*

*inside the colorful box are two outfits: one being an identical copy of bobby's usual outfit, and the other being... a jacket that looks very similar to kaito's?! however, instead of being purple and space-themed, this one is themed after the precinct he's a part of, with images lining the inside of it like badges, handcuffs, and even a very small blue badger!!*

"I got you the first one so you always have a backup outfit, and the other one is 'cause we gotta match! Both of us at the same time! And you gotta wear it like me just once, okay? I bet everyone will be super jealous seeing just how cool my Papa is, haha~!!" *and kaito pulls him into another extremely tight hug, overjoyed to celebrate his dad's big day~!!*

"Hehe~! Yes, that's ri-woah hoooh!!!" Even Bobby stumbles back a little from the impact!!! Still, he hugs Kaito right back and laughs happily as he squeezes him back just as tight! Seeing how bright and happy Kaito is, is making Bobby's already great mood even mbetter~

"Ahaha! Well naturally, right? You're my son, so you can't let anyone beat you to it~! Plus, it's like we're having our own personal little celebration right now..." He hums as he curiously watches Kaito grab that giant gift off the table. "Oooh~! So big! What could be in here, I wonder! Also, love the wrapping paper, heh heh."

Making sure to carefully unwrap it, Bobby begins to open it... seeing that he has not only a copy of his detective uniform, but also a jacket with Kaito- "!!!!!!!!!!!!" His eyes widen in delighted surprise!! "A backup outfit!! Oh that's actually very great, especially if I'll need to throw this on in a pinch in case the original gets dirty of damaged, haha! But ahhh!!! This jacket...!" Bobby holds the jacket up high so he can get a full look at it. Then, he lays it down so he can open it up and look at the inside layer of it...

"This is so cool!!! It's got a pattern like yours, except more themed after the precint! D-Did you customize this, yourself, my boy?! Oh-! Hehehe! Just like you, huh? Well true, if we're going to match, it's only natural, right? Alright, let me justtt..."

He takes a quick second to put the jacket on... Or rather, just slide one arm inside it and let the rest of the jacket hang on his shoulders, just like how Kaito does it! "What do ya think? Hee!" He chuckles when Kaito gives him another big hug. He returns it just as tightly once more, while the other hand goes to ruffle his hair. "Jealous of the most justicey father-son duo, they'd be, hah!!! In all seriousness, though... Kaito, thank you so much. For the back up outfit and especially for giving me a jacket that matches the wonderful one you have~ Guranteed, I will be wearing it a lot on free days! I love you, my precious son! Thank you so, so much, for already making a great day even better~!"

"T-Teddie, what's with that look? If you want some soup all you need to do is ask..." *hajime is a little unsettled by how hard the big bear is staring at him, teddie simply shaking his head all while continuing to watch him! it's to the point that hajime is desperate for anyone to enter the room while he tends to the large pot full of bubbling, delicious soup!!*

"H-hey! You don't mind distracting Teddie for a while, do you? I still have to tend to this for a few more minutes and no matter what I say he won't stop staring...!"

"A-Ahaha. Ohhh dear...." Yuta just sheepishly chuckles when he walks into the kitchen and sees the sight of Teddie staring into Hajime's soul like that! He...is pretty confident htat he doesn't need to guess why he is, but he knows poor Hajime wouldn't possibly know or guess that!!

"S...Sure, I don't mind. He...uh...is just curious to watch you make soup!! I guess!!! Haha...! Anyway, um. Teddie?" Yuta quickly steps in front of him to attempt blocking his view a little! "H-How about we give Hajime some space and we hang out in my room, huh? There's this, um, comedy bit happening on the variety show I'm watching right now and I'm sure you'd love a lot of the jokes there! C'mon, before it starts!"

Totally not sweating, Yuta grabs Teddie's hand and forces him out the kitchen, while using his other hand to give a thumbs up to Hajime! He'd rather the poor boy not be so distressed simply making soup...!

"I have prepared for the nap party!!" *that's what kiyotaka proudly exclaims as he opens the door to takumi's room! he's wearing his pajamas while carrying his pillow with one arm and his blankets with the other, a serious look on his face as he settles in for the afternoon!*

"I'm not sure what happens during these parties outside of the obvious, but I have made sure that I will be as comfortable as possible! I apologize in advance if I am unable to fall asleep, but I promise that I will remain as quiet as possible for everyone else's sake!"

"Worst case scenario, I will act as a guard to make sure that no one attempts to wake you two up. Either way, I am happy for the opportunity to learn a little more about you two!!"

"Taka, there you are!! So cool of you to join us!"

"Welcome to the nap party, Taka."

The two happily greet him and they watch him settle in! Honestly they, especially Takumi, was surprised that Kiyotaka actually took up Junpei's suggestion to join them for this nap party, but it was a nice surprise, nonetheless!

The two hear him out as he talks. Seeing how seriously he was taking this, they couldn't help but find it amusing, if not a little adorable~ "Ahaha! Come on, man, no need to be so serious! Just relax, relaaax! Don't worry about the 'ifs' and 'buts.' The key to having a good nap party is mastering the art of taking it easy..." Takumi tells him as he cups Kiyotaka's shoulders and playfully shakes him a little!

Makoto nods his head in agreement. "Yeah, that's right. Just be yourself and have fun with us... We'll make sure that you'll celebrate at the end with a nice, good nap with the both of us. No need to be a 'guard' for anything. And, we'll also be excited to learn more about you, too, Taka."

"Yeah!! So let's do just that: chilling, talking, and having fun! And a goood nap. We'll make you see the light!"

"Oh? Don't you know that it's Wiggle Wednesday?" *akira is smiling as he's laying on the ground while surrounded by several of the kitties all while occasionally doing a little wiggle~!*

"Kaito told me about it. He seemed really into it so I thought I would try it out. The cats seem to enjoy it too. Won't you join me in making today just a little more fun~?" *of course he says the last part while wiggling, akira chuckling as a nearby snow gives some wiggles of her own~!!*

"W-Wiggle Wednesday??" Takumi just blinks as he stares down at Akira and the cats wiggling on the ground!

"Oh, I see. Yep, sounds exactly like the kind of crazy thing Kaito would come up with, heh.... It's kind of cute seeing the cats do it...... and then you'll insist that you're not a cat, huh."

Smirks Takumi as he playfully taps Akira very lightly with his foot! "Huh? You want me to get down there and join y'all? N-No way, I'd definitely look ridiculous..."

But he supposes it wouldn't hurt to play along for just a second, right? "...F-Fine.... don't tell Kaito I did this...." Crouching down, Takumi then lays down on the floor. Then, proceeds to... lightly wiggle aorund... "G-God. I feel so stupid..." He's blushing even harder out of embarassment!!! "At least you guys are enjoying yourselves....."

*lured by the scent of honey, teddie is slowly wandering around the house trying to find out where it's coming from! of course he checks the kitchen first but there's no one in there and no honey to be seen, so he follows his nose which leads him to the bedrooms!!*

*he curiously peeks into one of the rooms and gasps when he sees honey drizzled atop multiple scoops of ice cream, teddie immediately making a beeline for it!! his eyes are sparkling as he looks it over, the big bear curious about the delicious treat~!!*

"Unbearlievable...! Who could have made something so amazing?!"

"I did! I was wondering if it'd work, but yep! The scent of the honey lured you in this fast, Teddie! Hehehe!"

Giggles Kako as she presents the honey drizzled ice cream to him~ And for once, no insane ingredients on it!! She really was curious to see how long it'd take for the big bear to immeditely be taken in by the aroma of the honey, and it was must faster than she expected!

"I have an extra spoon for you, Teddie: let's enjoy it together! You can have more scoops than me."

"So, is this the place where people go to get some peace and quiet?" *after going to yuta's room to try to get away from all the chaos for a while, hajime is surprised to see that yosuke is already there! the latter is clearly not in the mood to talk as he curls up even more, leaving the ahogite to look over at yuta and apologetically lower his head*

"Sorry about this... I-I promise I'll stay quiet if you would like, but... this room really does seem like one of the calmest rooms in the entire house. And it's pretty comfortable too, so I can see why people like coming here."

"I guess so! Welcome to the club." Chuckles Yuta as he gestures Hajime to come in! It honestly makes him kind of happy that his room is considered a good place to get said peace and quiet... especially considering that a certain other person here is sitting in here to cool off.

"Hey, no need to apologize. You can talk as much as you want. Ahaha...glad you think so! I'd be bad if every room in this house was chaotic and loud, right? So, I try to be on the quieter side, here... but yes, please stay as long as you like! We can chat away, too: I'm mindlessly reading this book, anyway."

*after revealing the massage chair to everyone, it seems like it's extremely popular! in fact, there's a fight going on outside as kaito and mondo try to see who will get to use it next while there's a small crowd gathered around watching them!*

*however... that means the chair is completely unoccupied right now, everyone so focused on the two that anyone can sit on it! worse off is that neither kaito or mondo seem like they're about to stop anytime soon so whoever sits on it will probably have it all to themselves for quite a while...*

"....Those two are always fighting over something." Makoto quietly comments to himself... but he can't particularly blame them this time around, as everyone is already going crazy to have a turn at the massage chair!

Makoto was a little worried if he won't get his turn, but... seeing those two butt heads while the others watch, seemingly paying no mind to the chair, now... "Hmm...." He might just get his chance...! "...I think I'll help myself to it."

Makoto sneaks past the commotion and sits down on the chair. "I'll do... 10 minutes." Using the remote contro, he turns it on and presses the timer for 10 minutes and a simple mode that focuses on the legs and back! "Ahhh, yeah... that's the stuff...." He hums as he closes his eyes in content and enjoys the massage~ He's confident he won't have to get up for a good minute, even after 10 minutes!

*it's rather late and some are already fast asleep! however, izuru can be found laying on his bed, staring at a laptop that is resting on his lap. and on closer inspection he is... scrolling through a timeline full of memes?! and it seems that two particular shiba inus appear quite frequently...?!*

"Good evening. I will be going to sleep in just a few minutes. If you would like, you may enjoy these memes while I finish my task for the evening."

"... How you're able to say something as silly as that with such monotone voice and expression, will continue to forever amaze me, Izuru...."

Chortles Takumi after he leaned in to see what the heck Izuru is looking at on his laptop! "Wh-What the hell kind of tasks are you doing while looking at memes, dude... But, um, sure, I guess. For once, I don't feel that tired right now, anyway."

And so, Takumi sits on the edge of his bed to continue looking. Some memes even get a small snicker out of him~ "Yep, some of these are definitely the kind of stuff I'd send to some of my friends to annoy them or make them laugh, depending. You should try making your own variations of current ones, Izuru: work them Ultimate....uhh... Mememaker muscles? If that's a thing...?"

*yosuke says nothing as he glares at kako and kaito, his arms crossed as he refuses to move from the kitchen doorway!! of course that won't stop ace from grabbing yosuke's shoulders and rhythmically shaking him!*

"Come ooooon! They can't get better at cooking unless you give them a chance! How about you supervise them so you can make sure they don't cook up anything too crazy? I bet they would be awfully happy if you let them in here~"

*yosuke simply squints his eyes more at the proposal, his frown deepening at the thought of those two anywhere near the kitchen whether they're being looked after or not!!*

Kako is sitting on her knees in a pleading like position and had Kaito to do the same. Yosuke has been very stubborn about letting these two in the kitchen.... And so, they asked their savior, Ace, to try convincing his twin to let them in!! However, as she feared; it's.... not going well....

"Y-Yes, he's right!! How can we improve if you don't let us, Yosuke??" She interject, knowing full well that is not the issue!! "Pl-Plus, if you let us in there, we'll...!!!" She gives a small pout... "...Make something normal.... We'll even let you both monitor us just to prove it, too..."

No matter how they respond, she gives an apologetic glance to Kaito. That probably might be the only way they'll be able to get in there, even if they won't be able to make the recipes they were planning to...

"Master, this guy's got huuuuge problems~!!" *unfortunately, the scant few seconds yuta took his eyes off of shinigami, the mischievous spirit managed to possess someone!! and even more concerning is that the person she's chosen is a boy with white, unkempt hair who has a pin from hope's peak academy!!*

"Can you believe this weirdo has worse luck than you, Master? I saw him get smacked into a tree by a stampede, a ton of pinecones fall right on his head, and then an owl started pecking at him all over the place! This guy's a total mess! If only I had some ramen, then I could have had dinner and a show, kyahaha~!!"

"...Hm? What gu-" Yuta was about to ask while turning around... until he practically freezes in place from shock!!! "..-uy?! Sh-Shinigami!!! What have I told a-about posessing people out of the blue, huh!? Also not to mention!! Isn't this...?!"

The boy he often hears about from the boys who go to Hope's Peak.... the guy with the wild white hair but most notably, his legendarily bad luck... !!!! "A-Ah... I.....see.... How does he even survive all these mishaps... And now, he's possessed by a death god and he doesn't even know it! And hey, now, no joking about that... if he suffered any more injuries, you might have had a potential soul to reap, Shinigami... A-Anyway!!! We need to get YOU out of his body and him... in a bed or something! He's definitely going to need some tending to, at least.... Now come on!!!"

He grabs his hand to force 'him' to walk! He'd rather not imagine the chaos that could arise if anyone, especially Hajime or Izuru, notices he's acting 'weird', even for him.....

"Koto-chaaaan, Mr. Leader was being so mean to me earlier. Only some Kotocuddles can ease the pain that's been inflicted upon me..." *junpei dramatically flops right beside her while having the biggest puppydog eyes! of course the 'pain' he endured was just the usual teasing he and makoto get up to, but that won't stop him from using it as an excuse to be spoiled by kotone for the evening!!*

"So, so cruel... But I know you would never do that. Right, Koto-chan?"

"He waaas?! I can't believe him! Don't you worry, Jun Jun, I'll get that big meanie brother of mine later for this!! But for now, yes! Oneee big serving of Kotocuddles, coming riiight up~!" With a big smile, she proceeds to wrap her arms around Junpei when he flops beside her, before pulling him down onto her bed with him and squeezing him tight in a cuddly hold~

Of cours, she knows full well that he's exaggerating and just wants cuddles, which she will more than happily provide! "Of course not.... I couldn't even dream of it! Besides, I'd much rather make you feel happy! Now let me drown you in tooons of love!"

With that, she begins cuddling him while planting soft kisses all over his face! She'll drown him in so many of both, that he'll forget all about the horrific teasing he endured from her brother!

*hajime and yuma are laying side by side so they can both equally get the wind from the nearby oscillating fan! however, when it moves away from the koko his ahoge accidentally brushes against hajime's and both ahoges '❕' before just as quickly relaxing again!

*however, neither seems to notice what's going on, hajime too busy thinking while yuma is in the middle of reading! unless one of them moves a little, it seems their ahoges will be doing this for quite a while!*

As part of her ongoing investigation of the 'Sentient Ahoges', Kako is sititing on the opposite side of the room and pretending to read her book while secretly Observing them... and the way their ahoges shoot straight up like an exclamation mark before drooping back down.. she still wonders how that even happens! And how neither of them seem to notice this!!

("Th-They can't be doing this on purpose, right?? They don't even notice their hair doing that.... Even I can't explain how, and I'm looking right at it!")

She quickly buries her face in her book if any of them look her way, though!! It'll be a little tricky sneaking a recording on her cellphone, but she must show Kaito this. Simple wind from the fan cannot possibly make their ahoges do that, she's sure of it...!
