mcdaniels himself said that herbo learned the playbook faster than he imagined so he definitely worked extra hard the first few weeks of voluntary practice (which he did attend btw he only missed this week) so he could be with her on this part of the tour

i understand the frustrations with the team but he is definitely doing the work

okay yeah missing voluntary practice isn’t the worst thing ever, and don’t think it necessarily means he dgaf about the team, but it’s just not a good look after 3 play off losses. hopefully this is a one time thing bc 😬 it’s clear he’s in the honeymoon phase of his relationship where he wants to be w his gf all the time, and I get that but like u had 3 months off to do that

worrying about his personal life? lol i didn't even come here to say how ridiculous i find it that he's spent his entire career being actually rude to people in the media, especially the chargers social media team, under the pretext of hating being in the spotlight and hating cameras, but he's out there filming music videos and doing pap walks and all that. i haven't forgotten him shoving the camera guy to this day. but if he wants to be a hypocrite, that's his problem.

what i want is to see my team win something meaningful once in my life. and now that they finally have an OC that can help them achieve something, yes i want to see commitment from these guys. starting with learning a whole new playbook. so yeah i'm a little annoyed. but what annoys me most is people acting as if no one can have an opinion

he's not at practice, so... just to be clear, this phase is voluntary, but he's never missed a off-season practice until now. but, you know, everyone has their priorities 🤷‍♀️ for his own good it's better this doesn't become material to be used against him come january
