All righty, kids, it’s time for another giveaway. What am I giving away? ONLY MY FAVORITE THING. If you’ve been following this blog for any given amount of time, you already know that thing is red lipstick. BECAUSE RED LIPSTICK IS FUCKING AWESOME AND I WANT TO SHARE MY ENTHUSIASM FOR IT WITH SOME LUCKY ASSHOLE.
The items in this giveaway range from mattes to creams to glosses to stains to balms. Every item on this list is unopened/untouched, with the exception of one.* I’m also throwing in a cute little makeup case, too, because why the hell not? You gotta store that shit somewhere.
All right. Now the moment you’ve been waiting for: what the hell I’m including.
ONE LUCKY PERSON WILL RECEIVE:

Rules:
- You can reblog/like it as many times as your little heart desires, but only one reblog will count. I will be entering all participants into a spreadsheet and then letting a random number generator choose the winner. - You don’t have to follow me for this. I mean, you’re more than welcome to, but it’s not necessary. My tumblr is basically a whole bunch of space pictures, random fandom things, and me cursing my landlady for not allowing me to have a pet bird (I really want a cockatiel).
This contest will end MARCH 15 because I’m 98% sure the blood that spurted from Julius Caesar’s many stab wounds was the same shade as my signature lipstick color, and I’m all about parallels.
Like my previous giveaways, I will ship anywhere in the world at no cost to the winner. Also like the previous giveaways, I’ll probably throw in a few more things, because what the hell.
See you in March!
(ps: thanks to stingerhouse for making the lipstick graphic!)

"It makes perfect sense!" Naveen responded excitedly. "You are working two jobs because you need to make enough money to pay rent. But you are working too hard and we never see each other. I am barely scraping by without my parents help and the gigs I am booking do not bring in enough money. If we lived together we could split the rent! So it would be cheaper for both of us! And we would see each other all the time! We could cook together and every single night you would be in my arms! It is a win win win win situation! I cannot believe I did not think of it before now!" Naveen rambled excitedly, his food lying forgotten on his lap as he looked over at Tiana eagerly. How could she not see thing was the best idea ever?!
Tiana couldn't help but grow excited by what he was saying. Yes! It made perfect sense! She couldn't believe he had come up with this right now. It was a great idea! In theory. But communism was a great idea in theory too. But this was such a good idea.
"Naveen I..." This was all so overwhelming. "But we'd kill each other!" Oh but splitting the rent... she could quit Duke's. And they'd see each other so much more. Naveen could practice on her piano, and she could sleep in his arms. Every single night. Just like she had in Maldonia. But that was then, and this was now. Could she really? Could they? Oh she wanted to desperately. But some things needed to be said. "And isn't that only something that... people who are in love do?"
Immediately she regretted the question. That was a tricky way to get someone to say ‘I love you’. “Forget I asked,” Tiana backpeddled. “You don’t have to answer that if you don’t want to.”

Honestly, one of Naveen’s favorite things to do was share a meal with Tiana. He loved eating with her and watching her enjoy the food. No one knew how to enjoy food like Tiana did. No matter what it was, you could see all of the thoughts flash across her face as she took bite after bite. Most people ate food to stay alive, but Tiana lived to cook and eat food. It was amazing. So while they were eating, Naveen watched her closely. He loved seeing the satisfaction painted plainly across her pretty features. It made her look even more beautiful and he knew that he wanted to spend every day sitting across from her and sharing meals.
Thinking about that a moment, Naveen took a bite of his burger and chewed it slowly. Then Tiana held out her spoon to him and he was drawn from his contemplation. Smiling, he took the bite into his mouth and moaned happily at the combination of the salty and sweet flavors on his tongue. He loved it even more when they shared their actual food. Then he had a realization and his eyes opened wide as he looked over at Tiana. “We should live together.” He exclaimed suddenly, with no care for building up to the conversation or any other social norms he should have adhered to.
Tiana gaped at his statement. One minute they were sharing shakes, and the next... live together? "What?" Was all she managed to say. Her shake was starting to melt but she didn't care about that. Instead she was hanging on his every word. What did he mean live together? Like... live together, live together?

Naveen looked over at Tiana with a wide smile. He did that all? He couldn’t help it as his stomach jumped at her words. “I……am very very glad to hear that.” He knew he meant a lot to her, but hearing that he had helped her with so much felt amazing.
Naveen felt better when she smiled and reassured him she ate fast food. “Yes! On Roller blades! It is very American. The food is not half bad either. Though I’m sure you could make something better.” Soon the waitress came out with their food and he paid her with a smile and a wink while taking the food from her. After handing Tiana her shake, fries and burger he smiled wide. “Bon appetit, princess!” He exclaimed, placing a fry into his mouth with a mischievous glimmer in his eye.
All Tiana could think when the waitress came up to the car was 'thank goodness I didn't waitress here'. Duke's was bad enough, but to do it on rollerblades? No thank you. Of course, Tiana had never been on rollerblades, but just the idea made her squirm in her seat.
Luckily their waitress didn't drop anything, and soon the car was filled with the smell of fast food. Normally Tiana would have passed on such a meal, but tonight it smelled amazing. Her mouth watered just thinking about it. Fortunately, she didn't think about it too long, and with a smile towards Naveen, she dug into her meal.
"Mmmmm." was all she managed to say for the next five minutes. Tiana had to laugh at herself. It was a burger and fries! But oh man. "This really hits the spot," she said to Naveen. With half her burger gone, and only a third of her fries left, she was obviously enjoying herself, and she hadn't even tried the shake yet! Well, that had to be fixed.
Tiana popped the top and dug in with a spoon. The flavors mixed heavenly with the fries. She licked her lips and scooped another spoonful. This time, however, she held it out to Naveen. "Here. Try some."

"I am always here to help you Tiana." And he meant it. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for the beautiful girl sitting in his passenger seat. Sure his parents had cut him off and money was tight, but maybe they’d come around soon? Maybe?
"A house is good too. Much more practical than 5 apartments." Naveen grinned cheekily over at her. "Since coming to America, of course! This is my favorite place to grab something to eat after a late band practice or gig." He looked over at her for a moment with a happy smile on his face before turning to the speaker and ordering a burger fries and a thick shake for both of them. "I hope this is up to your high standards. I would hate to serve you food that isn’t very good.." Naveen couldn’t help but look over at her nervously. He had never imagined taking Tiana out for fast food before but since she wanted fries he was hoping this would be ok.
"You help me plenty." She adjusted the blanket and took his hand. "You brighten my day and always make life interesting. And you make me laugh." Her thumb brushed against his knuckles. "After Daddy died, I was in a bad place. But I think you helped me get better." She kissed the back of his hand and would have kissed his lips if he hadn't had to order. Well, there would be plenty of time for that later.
Tiana had to laugh. "It's not like I've never eaten fast food before. I just usually don't because I can make it myself. But this place looks fun." She sandwiched his hand between hers and rubbed them, enjoying the heat from his skin. "Do they bring the food right to the car?"

Naveen grinned to himself after spotting the blush that spread across Tiana’s cheeks after their kiss. Making a mental note to continue this kissing trend every stoplight, Naveen tried to focus on driving, but couldn’t help but sneak sideways glances at her.
"That is amazing, princess! You will be promoted in no time. You are way too good for them to not give you more responsibility." Naveen couldn’t help but frown. "I wish you did not have to work two jobs just to live in your apartment. And I wish you would let me help you. But I know you never will." With a shake of his head, he replaced the frown with a smile. "Just wait until you are head chef. Then you’ll be able to have 5 apartments!" Turning into the brightly lit drive-thru, Naveen quickly pulled into a spot and looked over at Tiana. "They have the best fries and shakes here. American food at its finest! Do you want anything else?" He asked before rolling down the window to order at the menu next to the car.
"It's not that I wouldn't appreciate your help," Tiana said, "but you have your own stuff to worry about. I don't want you to worry about me too." She knew how much he was making at Duke's, and he didn't have any regular music gigs to bring in extra money. And now that he was practically cut off from his parents, he had to budget better if he wanted to stay out of debt. Besides, she was doing fine. Sort of. And it wouldn't last forever. Hopefully.
"But I appreciate the offer," she finished, giving him another kiss on the cheek as they pulled into the drive through. Tiana had to laugh. "What would I do with five apartments? Once I'm head chef I'll definitely have my own house." An image popped into her mind of her and Naveen living in her own dream house. She blushed and forced another laugh to move away from the thought. "Since when did you become an expert on American food?" But her stomach growled. Since they were here, she might as well go the whole hog. "I guess I'll have a burger, too."

Naveen’s smile grew at her song choice as he began to sing along softly as he navigated the dark roads towards his favorite old school drive-thru. He had been focusing his attention on the road, but at a stoplight he felt Tiana press a sweet kiss on his cheek. Surprised, he turned towards her and caught her behind her neck to pull her in for a chaste kiss on the lips. “That is what stoplights are for, princess.” He said once they pulled away and he started driving again.
"So tell me, how do you like your new job? Are you learning a lot? I would hope it is better than Dukes…" He asked, hoping to make small talk and catch up on all of the conversations they had missed out on in their distance.
Tiana wasn't sure if it was the heat from the seat warmer, or the heat that seemed to come over her body whenever Naveen kissed her, but suddenly the car didn't seem as cold. She hoped they would come across a few more red lights before getting to wherever they were going.
"I like it a lot," she answered, smiling. "I finally have the chance to make the kind of food I want to have at my restaurant. I mean..." Tiana drew a heart on the window which was fogging slightly. "I'm really only doing prep work, but you've gotta start somewhere, right?" It was still better than working at Duke's. And prep work wasn't too bad. Just monotonous. "I hope they'll like me enough to give me something else to do in the kitchen soon." She chuckled to herself. "A raise wouldn't hurt either." But she was pretty sure you had to work in a kitchen for longer than a few weeks to qualify for a raise, no matter how talented you were.
Midnight Blues | Tianaveen
Naveen smiled wide at her response. Shakes and some fries he could make happen. “Your wish is my command!” He responded excitedly before he quickly picked her up, blanket and all, and rushed out of the apartment door with her. After tucking her into the passenger side of his car, Naveen headed back to the door to lock up and make sure everything was in order before he joined her in the car. Turning on the ignition, he smiled over at Tiana all bundled in a blanket in the passenger seat. “You’re in charge of the radio.” Pulling out of the parking lot, he headed towards the drive-thru he had in mind, humming happily.
By now you'd think Tiana would be used to Naveen picking her up and carrying her places. But each time he did, it always caught her by surprise. This time was no exception, especially considering he was taking her outside (these trips usually ended at a couch or bed). She giggled helpless as he tucked her into his car, wrapped in the blanket and then they soon sped off. Where were they going? She didn't even have shoes on! But Tiana knew better than to ask. If Naveen loved anything, it was surprises.
She turned the dial until she found a song she liked and sat back in her seat. It was amazing how quickly her mood had turned. Sure, they still had to figure out a way that they could see each other more often, but now she was positive they could figure one out. She clicked on the seat warmer (even with the blanket wrapped around her, it was still a little chilly without her coat) and at the next stoplight, she turned to Naveen and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.
Midnight Blues | Tianaveen
"Absolutely!" He responded with a wide smile, his usual optimism shining on his face. "Why wouldn’t I? I am lucky to have you Tiana and it’s going to take a lot more than burned gumbo and a couple missed dates to get rid of me." Winking, he stood up suddenly, dragging Tiana along. Standing there a moment, he smiled down at Tiana as the blanket trailed down to the floor. "Do we want to order take out or go for a late night drive thru run?"
Tiana couldn't help but smile back at him. Her gloomy mood from earlier had disappeared. Naveen was wonderful that way. And now that she didn't have to worry that he was mad at her and leave, she could fully enjoy his company. I am lucky to have you, Tiana. She grinned again as they stood, and thought to herself, 'no. I'm the one that's lucky'. Happy again, she wrapped her arms around his waist while she considered his offer. What the heck was even open this late? Well, besides Duke's, which she did not want.
"You know what I've really got a craving for?" She laughed and put her hands on his chest. "Some fries. And maybe a shake."
Midnight Blues | Tianaveen
"No" Naveen mumbled into her neck as he enjoyed himself with soft kisses and deep inhales of her unique scent. "We both have let things get a little messed up." He had to admit he had been frustrated with her so he hadn’t put that much effort into talking to her. He was just as much for blame for the distance. "We have both been busy. But with a little effort things can go back to normal. I would do anything to have normal with you again." He pulled out of her neck and looked into her eyes so she could see his sincerity.
Her stomach flipped whenever he kissed her. It felt so nice to be in his arms again. When he pulled back to look at her, Tiana felt a wave of relief wash over her. "Really?" She asked, tentatively. He didn't want to give up on her? On them?
Midnight Blues | Tianaveen
Naveen’s grin faded instantly. Tiana was so down in the dumps and he hated it. Following her closely, he sat down on the couch next to her and quickly wrapped his arms around her and pulled her onto his lap so he could hold her close. “No sorry necessary, princess.” He responded with a soft voice. “I have done far worse in the kitchen.” Smiling encouragingly at her, he then buried his face into her neck and breathed deeply. It felt amazing to be able to breathe in her warm vanilla scent and have her in his arms again.
"I will never grow tired of having you in my arms. And the way you smell." He mumbled into her neck while planting a soft kiss on the warm skin there.
She let him pull her into his lap. Being held by him helped her mood somewhat, but she still couldn't stop mulling over her mistakes, even when he started kissing her neck. "I keep messing everything up," Tiana whispered, meaning much more than just burning their meal. After all, it was her fault they couldn't see each other as much anymore.
