Those who swear that they “just want all women and girls to feel safe in their own spaces” and lie that “it's not about trans people” should acknowledge that it would also mean that they now need to create billions of different bathrooms and changing rooms for every type of female there is. For black women, white women, mixed women, Jewish women, Muslim women, Christian women, etc. All of them as you say "have the right to" feel entitled to getting those separated areas just for themselves.

Unless that's not what you want. You just want to get rid of trans women, right? So what does that mean? How are going to tell who is who? Are you going to check their genitalia (so sexually assault them which you are supposed to be against)? What if they are after surgeries? What if they pass enough that you can't tell?

It just won't work this way. You are going to hurt cisgender women in the process too. If you actually care about them stop this bullshit.

my least favorite thing abt the trans bathroom discourse is the other trans ppl going “lmao dumb transphobes don’t u know that if u pass these bills you’ll have trans MEN in the women’s bathroom????????” bc like. no. that’s actually not what will happen. what will happen is that we just won’t use the bathroom at all, bc do you know what happens when someone who looks like they could possibly be a man walks into a women’s bathroom when there are transphobes around? they get beaten half to death or get the cops called on them. so no, the result of these bathroom bans won’t be “trans men in women’s bathrooms lol” it will be trans men not going out in public as much or trans men suffering higher rates of utis and kidney problems. what happens is that transphobes get what they want: we disappear from public life.

There's also another thing I would like to mention since people seem to not fully acknowledge that yet. Not only trans men, males, and mascs are currently affected by that issue.

They go as far as assaulting a feminine cisgender woman when they "look suspicious".

All you need is something as common as a sharper jawline, deeper voice, facial hair, or a flat chest to make them question you.

They turn off logical thinking when their "tr@nny alert" goes on.

NO ONE IS SAFE.

te/rfs and transphobes on tik tok are currently losing their mind over an older trans man saying “hey the laws you wanna pass that would put trans women in the men’s bathroom would also put me in the women’s bathroom” and all their responses have basically been that he’s a predator and that if they saw him there they would physically assault him. so yeah i don’t ever wanna hear ppl say “oh these laws won’t affect trans men” or “trans men only have to deal with infantilization, not actual violence” bc there is at least one example out there of the above actually happening.

I don't like how the double s looks so I mostly use transexual for that reason. It also sounds better to me. More aggressive in a sense. As if it was a slur. I like it that way.
