     Okay so, much like many of us girls, I have grown an incredible fascination with sunglasses. All types and sizes, and all shapes and colors. I plan to continue to expand my collection slowly but surely. Recently I’ve come across an online store in which I can find incredible and beautiful sunglasses. And the best part is that the price is right baby!!

     I just wanted to give you guys my personal feedback towards this brand. 

     I can honestly say that I have had the most pleasant experience with this brand and know for a fact that I will continue to buy from this brand. This is definitely what I would call the bang for your buck. Every pair of sunglasses on this site is $5(if the prices change I apologize.)

     So to go more in depth with my actual experience…I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from SunglassSpot.com and I was amazed, and not to mention incredibly excited, with the fact that they arrived sooner than the expected delivery they had given me. Not that I am very picky about that, but who doesn’t love for their packages to come in ahead of time? Then when I received the package they came well wrapped and along with velvet like texture holsters which was perfect since I currently don’t own any sunglass cases. 

     All in all I was obsessed with them at first sight and I still am. I’ve had for a little over a month now, and they are amazing quality at an affordable price.

Premature Aging

     Premature aging is something that just sounds dreadful. Now imagine that you are subconsciously doing everything in your power to cause it. 

     Premature aging is  caused by a few things, simple things, things that we can help and control. Many things can play a role in premature aging but here are a few things that are seemingly common that you can easily change to already get a head start on avoiding it. 

Don't be lazy, remove your make up before bed! 

     No matter how long of a day you've had, no matter how late you get home, NEVER go to sleep with your make up on. It is known that each time you fall asleep with make up on your face, you age your skin by some amount of days in just that one night. This is because leaving the make up on can cause dryness to your skin, and/or even dry patches. Not to mention mascara is horrible for your eye leashes and can cause them to become brittle and to fall off, ESPECIALLY if you're using waterproof mascara. 

     As some of you may know, your skin functions differently when your body goes to sleep. This is your skin's most vulnerable state, hence the reason why there are products specifically targeted towards nighttime. Your skin is the largest organ and it too functions on a clock much like many other vital organs(such as your heart, your heart rate drops while you are sleeping). Clearly, your body knows weather it is night or daytime. During the day, your skin is in a protective state where it is warding off daily damage such as sun damage. Then, at night your skin goes into its repair mode where is regenerates new cells, which is why exfoliation is recommended at night so that that dead skin is out of the way and there's room for new development.

     (This is why you may find your skin to feel like that of baby's skin when you wake up !). 

  Don't be sad, be glad! 

     Now honestly, I don’t know how to really make my point to this without seeming as if I’m contradicting myself…lol. But I will explain… When you overwork your facial muscles, this can cause for your face to begin wrinkling. So, stop frowning! If you make yourself more positive, you stop frowning, and if you stop frowning you will slow the process of wrinkling your forehead! 

     Here comes the contradiction….smile more ! Yes, this is yet another muscle that you work frequently and therefore yes it can too cause wrinkling. But the difference here is simple: when you choose to smile more it’s a simple way for you to convince yourself to release the tension/stress you may be carrying. Believe it or not, over stressing can aid GREATLY in premature aging. 

     BOTTOM LINE: BE HAPPY, and love your skin.

And most important: if you’re good to your skin, your skin will be good to you. :)

Train Insane or Remain The Same

     The concept of women working out seems to be quite the conversation for controversy. Common questions arise such as "Should I lift weights as a woman?" "Will I get bulky?" This may also be a complex for some men.  

Myth#1: "If I lift weights, I'll get bulky."

     More often than not, you will hear someone saying aloud or even telling a woman directly that women should not lift weights, and that it will make them big and/or bulky when in reality, if you look at the physiological part of a woman's body, it is actually physically impossible for a woman to become bulky (unless they are helped by supplements). Our bodies and hormonal make up were not created to bulk up like men do. Clearly, women are significantly differently structured than men are.  

Myth#2: "If I lift weights without loosing first, I'll stay big." 

      I would assume that I am not the only one that has ever heard someone say around me or even directly to me, that if you don't loose the fat you have first, your fat will "turn into" muscle therefore leaving you big and bulky rather than lean and toned.  Well that is absolutely FALSE. People, muscle is muscle and fat is fat. In reality, the fat we have in our bodies merely surrounds our muscles. So, while cardio is the most commonly understood form of fat burn, lifting weights is a more effective way to do so(when done properly) in a less amount of time(less time being in one workout session, not as a quick weight loss gimmick). 

Don't Stress The Scale

     As you can see in this image, and most people already know, muscle weighs more than fat ! What matters when on your "weight loss journey" is your body fat percentage going down in the process not so much the actual number of pounds being lost. 

Try something new. Be careful. 

     All in all, save the cardio for the days where you don't feel like doing much and try to incorporate weight lifting as a normal part of your routine. Just be sure that you are careful and don't try anything you're not sure about. You may find more satisfying results, and personally it is way more entertaining than walking/running on the treadmill for an hour.

Lacking that Vitamin D?

     Did you know that lack of Vitamin D is the most commonly reported deficiency amongst humans? Such an important vitamin that is absolutely so simple to get a hold of and that's not only by drinking milk or taking pills despite what you may have heard. This vitamin can simply be found by taking in a little sun. Yes, taking in too much sun can be quite dangerous but remember that everything in moderation is just fine.  You also may have heard, that taking in sun causes cancer but also receiving too little sun can be a risk for cancer as well.

     Vitamin D can also be found in other foods. If you do a little research you might find that it's a lot easier to find in your daily diet than you expected. As I stated earlier, that is everything in moderation....so that means you cannot get too much of it either. The scientific name for this would be Hypervitaminosis  D which can cause Toxicity. So yes you must also be careful but that is not to say that you should be afraid to take in a little sun and get your tan on(i was one of those who feared the sun lol). ALWAYS remember to take and WEAR your sunblock! Try to make it a habit to wear sunblock on a daily basis. Also, do not forget to stay hydrated ! 

     So you might want to do a little more research on the intake of vitamin D but, now that you are informed a bit more on sun intake, grab your sunblock, water bottle, and your favorite pair of sunglasses and go get your vitamin D on baby !
