the most dangerous part of anorexia is that it works. like really really really well. i haven’t eaten over 100 calories in 2 days and i’ve already lost 5 pounds. that’s why it’s so addicting. i used to try to eat healthy and work out but it was taking so long to see a difference. now i just don’t eat anything and see a change overnight.

people want to shame you and say “it won’t work. you’ll gain weight.” when in reality you won’t. you will lose weight. you will want to keep going. you will get worse and worse. that’s why it’s so dangerous.
