This is my first time on Tumblr since 2019! I used to use this app religiously. There is such a nostalgia to it and it’s weird how different I feel looking at the format and old posts/messages I have.

For anyone interested, I will give a little life update.

I am at a content spot in life. I feel grateful to have my boyfriend of 5+ years, two cats, and living in an apartment with them. I work a full time job that pays the bills and aligns with my major so it feels like I’m headed in the right direction. I’m still trying to figure out exactly what I want to do with my life but I feel comforted at the thought that I have a few different paths I could take. I always have envied people who knew their dream job since they were a little kid. I’ve never felt super compelled to one thing. I have many different little interests but not one huge all encompassing passion that would fit a job- at least that could make decent money/fit my life right now.

I think something positive, that may have just come with age, is that my mindset is better than when I was a teen on this app. I feel way more levelheaded, content, hopeful, and motivated to get what I want out of life. As cheesy as it is, anything is possible! I see great things happening in the future.

To any of my old friends or mutual followers, I hope you have been doing well ❤️
