Well ...
Well I haven't blogged for a long long time ... Since then a lot of things have happened I think my last post was about my grandad. Unfortunately no only him but my grandma has passed since that post ... It's strange looking back. I may not be over it but I will try and love my life to the full.
2013 so far has been such an up and down roller coaster, my mum celebrated her 50th which was a good night and I became an incredibly proud sister, when I became an aunt. And I love my nephew more than anything in the world. However in life there are always bad things that happen. My last post was about my grandad and he unfortunately was taken away from us on the night of the 16th of August. Although we knew it was going to happen the feeling of knowing that one of the only people that believed in me to do anything I wanted, the person I got a tattoo for the person that was there for me when ever I needed him, and the person that treated me like his own even when we were not related, has gone and has died was so heartbreaking its beyond anything else. That night I felt like my heart had been ripped out, like nothing was going to be okay and nothing will ever be able to normal again. But I know that for the remainder of my days he is here with me. He is by my side and is looking over me. My grandad will never leave me as long as I believe he is here. And I always do. Not only did I lose Bert but my aunty is in hospital with dementia and with a broken hip, it's hard to see someone that you've grown up with not recognise you, but underneath I know she does and she loves me. My grandma is still having care 4 times a day and cannot do anything her self. And my dad who can hardly walk and can hardly see puts himself out day after day to make sure I myself am I okay to make sure my mum is okay my sister and his grandson. He has helped and cared for my grandma and even with a knee and ankles that don't work properly he carried Bert into the chapel, like he will carry us through life with love, kindness and care. Nearly losing someone else in my life has really woke me up to not plan life out. What's the point? If you plan your life out your setting yourself up for a loss, nothing goes to plan and what ever happens is fate. Enjoy every minute of breathing and seeing and being able to do things yourself. Because one day and from seeing it happen, it can be taken away from you overnight. Live your life as it comes, and let your family love you and be there for you because even though you think you may not need them. Every day you do and everyday they are there for you without you even knowing. :)

I haven't blogged for a long time. And now I feel I need to. My grandad, my step grandad that looked after me, that helped me with everything. Supported me. Was generally always there. Is sat in a hospital bed by himself, hanging on to life by a thread. Everything that has gone on I thought if be prepared. But I'm not. I thought I'd would be able to cope but I can't. And I feel like the world is crashing down. He wasn't just a step grandad he WAS my grandad. He did everything for us for our family. Our house he helped build, his house he did from scratch. He loved his partner my grandma his everything. Looked after her. He was such a good grandad, had given us the chance to do and try everything and anything we wanted. I remember the day he gave me my film camera, one of the most expensive Nikon cameras. He was selfless wanted to make people happy, a happy man who doesn't deserve to be dying like this. No one deserves to be lying in a bed being eaten alive by cancer. And I will devote my life in trying to beat cancer raising money helping anyone who has it. I myself am scared of death. I don't want to die. But most of all, I am so so scared of losing my family and the ones I love. I've never experienced losing a loved one really before. Until now and i know I am going to have to face it within days. And I want him to be happy and comfortable and know that he is loved. Love by his granddaughters his great grandson. His daughter, son, partner, son in law, sisters and brothers and I hope there's an Angel waiting for him and taking care of him now. Just please hold on until I can see you on Friday. I love him and I don't want him to go. Bert I love you.

I feel for all those in Boston. It's things like this that make you realise how dear life is, and how much we love our friends, family and my boyfriend. I can't turn the news off. I feel like I NEED to know who's done this. If it is terrorist, then I know I'm gonna be really scared. Things like this really get to me. The 7/7 bombing here in England messed me up and I didn't want to get on a train or a bus. 9/11 I remember like it was yesterday. I was young but I remember the whole day of news on it. These people who had done what they have done is disgusting. Tet should be bought to justice ASAP. It's absolutely disgusting!
Why I'm not allowed to exert my self :( So no gym no getting sweaty :(. I'm not allowed to wash my back for a week!!!!! Hate being such an allergic person, but I guess it's good I get to do this and find out what im allergic to! Over 150 tests on my back! And it's ITCHY!! MEH!

just a little tip from me. you reblogged that "shut up and sqat" picture and also reblogged "sqat toning" routines without any weights. like you can see in the "shut up and sqat" one, the girl is actually using a weighted barbell. this is really essential. you wont see much change if you dont take a weight that is at least 60% of your maximum weight. you are only burning a few more calories but not giving the muscle enough stress. just google it, i just dont want to get you frustrated :)
