I've been running xc for three years now (this being my first one at high school level- I ran in middle school) and at the beginning of the season I couldn't do a single tricep dip. I've got strong legs, but my arms have always been incredibly week. Yesterday I did 14 in a row. Idk you probably don't care but I'm so proud of myself. It's the little things like this that keep me going.
